The location and view are fantastic. The food is ok. The service was ok too but not great. The prices were higher than average but not unreasonable considering the location. A pleasant evening!

I choose this place because it was busy and as I was alone and there was a table that was positioned differently to the traditional sitting opposite each other and I would not feel so 'billy no mates'. I had to ask for the menu, then I had to ask for the wine menu. I asked for recommendation of a... More

I dined here with a friend from Canada and we orders the grilled calamari. We were strolling down the Ribiera and stopped at this cafe because the menu sounded fresh and authentic and the staff were inviting. We ordered the grilled calamari and the serves were generous and absolutely mouthwatering. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for... More

The restaurant where we wanted to go was full. We wandered around to find an other place and stopped there. It is probably the worst decision we took this holidays ! The food was bad and very expensive for what it is. The service was also not very friendly. To simply resume it's a tourist trap ! Stay away from... More

These guys went out of their way to look after us after I had an accident and couldn't walk more than a few steps. The food is good honest Portuguese food - reasonably priced and tasty. However it is the service that shines through here along with the great views of the Douro. We ate here several times as we... More

We tried the lamb portuguese style, the sardines, the seabass and the dourade - all fantastic! The location by the water is superb. The staff wasn't the happiest campers, but don't let that stop you!

A great place to sit in the evening and enjoy the view of the river and the tourist crowds. I asked advice for their fresh fish and I got a good sea bass. The white reserva whine was really excellent and all was reasonably priced.

The restaurante is situated along the river esplanade. It was very busy even though we were early eaters. The staff were friendly and efficient and we sat on a small table inside. My pork meal was reasonable but the swordfish my wife ordered was in her liking too boney and she did not enjoy it. The saving grace was the... More

It's the first dinning in my Porto trip, sure we choose the local famous dish -- tripe. Peza Arror served us a very tasty dishes with very friendly staffs, it's the festival of St. John, everyone so cheerful and enjoyed the fun of crowded at riverside, the restaurant provided outdoor tables with lots variety in menu, very economic price we...
