Small restaurant with four tables. Family friendly , the waiter always welcoming. We ate three times. Can recommend the rabbit, sardines and seafood pasta, plus lime cake for dessert.

Great local restaurant with home cooking. small inside with 4 tables of 4. Outside seating too but it was December. We didn’t book and were very lucky to get a table. The food was really good and the service too. I would recommend the sardines...which were nicely grilled. The wine selection was ok and we had a lovely bottle of Duorum.More

We originally found this amazing restaurant when we visited Porto 9 years ago and knew exactly where to head this time. This family run establishment is tiny, cosy and off the beaten track but the welcome and atmosphere remains outstanding. Once again, we went there...for all our meals, not wishing to go elsewhere. I would imagine however that booking is probably necessary in the busy season, with only a handful of tables inside (plus some outside). An excellent variety of seafood, steaks etc. The desserts are so good, with the home made chocolate mouse being our favourite this time. If you are looking for an intimate, traditional homely restaurant, you need not look elsewhere. I wish I could give it 6 stars!More

This place is located on your classic Porto cobblestoned lane. They have maybe five tables outside. Inside it is simple, somewhat bright but very homey. Service is relaxed but very professional. We settled on cod fritters for our appetizer followed by seafood pasta and seafood...on rice for our mains. And of course a bottle of Alvarinho Vinho Verde. It was a very pleasant evening. Nothing nouvelle cuisine about this place. Just simple, straight forward, honest cooking. I think the perfect thing you're looking for in Porto.More

We had a very nice meal here - oven baked veal with vegetables and grilled pork with vegetables . The meat was tender and the vegetables well cooked. Just like eating a nice home cooked meal. We sat outside undercover with a very effective overhead...heater - not that it was needed. They had a nice wine selection and port to finish with. All up €50 which was reasonable.More

Not the best ambience nor the easiest find, but oh my damn if the food didn't make up for it in spades! For two of us, the seafood rice and baked octopus was just nice; paired with the dessert of a roasted apple and some...HEAVY chocolate mousse and we had to stumble back to the hotel. Pro tip: if you've been paying attention, there is really only one thing you ought to do and that's arrive early (we were first in, again).More
