Food here was truly excellent, and great value. Prawns in garlic and oily-tomato sauce followed by fish of the day in bed of prawn-Carolina rice was probably the best meal I had in Porto.
Cannot recommend enough

We had dinner at Droop Food & Wine and it was excellent. The waiters were sooooooo nice. The Sangria was very cheap and very very good. They putted real fruits inside (many). For once in a restaurant they say “vegetarians welcomed” and it’s true. There...were two special offers for vegetarians (it was vegan actually) and the one I tried was very good (the second one on the menu). My friends particularly liked the fish. I highly recommend this place. Plus, there is a high price value. The sangria is way cheaper than in other places we were to and it tastes good.More
Lovely food and beautiful sangria for an incredibly reasonable price. Lovely staff and the inside is lovely, but also has an extra bit of outdoor seating to enjoy the warm weather.
Muito obrigada to the staff and chefs of Droop, we enjoyed our lunch very...much!More
Forget about Michelin star restaurants... This food was the best we had... So good we had it twice.. In fact we think they don't even realise how good... Everything down to the flavoursome Olive oil with the bread was fantastic... I had Black Pig Cheeks.......Never tasted anything like it before... Staff were lovely.. Price was reasonable... Love when you find a gem like thisMore
I went here with my friends on our last night and it did not disappoint, I think it was the best meal we had in Porto. We shared the mixed meat and cheese platter to start, then I had the chicken strips, portabello mushroom and...the padron peppers. It was full of flavour and washed down with a lovely rose wine. The staff were also very pleasant. I would recommend trying here if you're in Porto.More
I happened to come across this small restaurant by chance but it was a very pleasant surprise.
The tapas, 8 of which I sampled, all had flavours that complemented each other really well with a great blend of sweet and savoury notes across all dishes....The service was also very prompt meaning the whole experience was relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable.More
Another case where I felt let downby Tripadvisor.
No decor at all. Food tasted ok. Service ok. Price good.
Found a hard 1 inch piece of clear/white plastic in my Soybean Bolognese (like some sort of container tab).
Who is doing the ratings on this...place?
Too bad it was one of only 2 nights for dinner in Porto. What a waste...More
