Located at the top of Sameiro's mountain, right next to the Basilica. With a very big free parking lot at its side. Beautiful nature surroundings. The restaurant has a cosy retro look. The staff is professional and friendly. The food is good and well cooked. Try the duck rice!

Right next to the Sameiro Sanctuary, up in the hill, this restaurant is a great place to eat the Portuguese traditional "Bacalhau com natas" (Codfish with cream). A family atmosphere on a restaurant with several years of experience. Also try the Rosbife.

This restaurant is located at an amazing area: Sameiro. It is so famous among locals that I went there, and probably due to high expectation it was a disappointment. Old, with good food (far from excellent), everything is dated with exception of the bill.

The food is above average for sure. But this review is making a relative comparison to other restaurants in Braga and even nearby. The location is at the top of a large hill where there is a fabulous religious visitor attraction called 'Sameiro' - so in reality you are paying for the premium location - which in my opinion given...
