How good is the Mozart?.....We booked before we left home. As you pull up outside and exit the taxi, Simon is on hand, his greeting...."Welcome home Mr & Mrs xxxx." As always my wife turns to me and says "How does he remember our name?" And that just about sums up The Mozart. It's like going home to a familiar... More

We had already been to its sister restaurant Do Forte and enjoyed ourselves very much. Mozart was just as good, in fact the lamb was better than Do Forte. It is a very different environment in a bustling narrow street, full of bistro-type establishments. The concept dining formula is the same as for Do Forte which means you get a... More

From the moment you walk into this restaurant you know you are in for a treat. From the greeter at the door, wine waiter to manager, all staff are superb and the food certainly lived up to expectations. Divine. Great atmosphere and can't wait for my return visit.

The Mozart served very tasty food and offered a unique atmosphere. Their special 'all inclusive 3 course menu' was a positive surprise. The quite young chef in the kitchen did a very good job.

Food was good, service was good. Wine choice was limited for rose but staff don't skimp on the measures. Still bewildered about the Mozart concept? Violinist did stop by every table but this also felt out of character for the overall ambience. I had an overall sense of stopping off at some kitsch themed restaurant as part of a bus... More

A restaurant we have visited many times and rarely been disappointed. Enjoyable atmosphere and we recommend the all-in menu ("special concept") which is great value and quality.

We visited this restaurant the evening Portugal won Euro 2016. Although they could easily have been distracted they were very professional and gave excellent service. This was the best food we had in Madeira with little extras provided between courses which were delicious. We will be back on our next visit to Madeira. And we finished the meal to watch... More

There is not a lot to choose from, but we went for an omelet with ham and cheese and a onion-tomato soup. The omelet was fine, though I would have preferred some local vegetables instead of the fries. Service was ok
