Just been and waited 15 mins after being seated "pick any table" no menus no drinks no service ....... No custom!!! Don't bother

Came here on our first night in Madeira, and found it just on the main road near our hotel. We were eating quite late, and it wasn't particularly busy, service friendly but extremely slow, must have waited half an hour for a main course. Food ok, but nothing special. We had been to Funchal a couple of times before and this was the restaurant we were most looking forward to returning to! Came here twice both times amazing !!! Garlic prawns are to die for !!!! 1st time me and partner shared 2nd time I got on my own soo good I had the meatball linguini also really good and massive portion the guy at front of house was really nice and had abit of banter Xx

This was our first meal on the island.The drinks and the bread came out straight away.We must off waited 30 minutes at least for our mains.Several people came in and ordered and had there mains before us.People where asking us if they had forgot about us!I think it was the owner who asked in the end if we had ordered....
