Very nice restaurant. Friendly and polite staff as we walked past, so we came back for drink. Ended up staying for lunch. Very nice. Fish of the day was tasty and beautifully presented. Served overlooking the twinkling Atlantic. Would go back.

Came across this while walking along the "other" side of Funchal "old town" So much better this side. Everything fabulous - service, food, wine - poncha 🍸😁 I had the pork cheek - touched it with my knife and it fell apart - delicious 👍...Hubby had Limpets - amazing. And the poncha - first time of tasting - delicious. Thank you for a fantastic lunch - we'll be back😁😁More

Spotlessly clean restaurant. the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent and the No Prego Do caco was bliss. we will return to see you again soon.

there are many good restaurants in the Old Town, but this was our favourite - we visted it three times in one week. Both the parrot fish and the beef skewers, served with beuatiful vegetables and mash potatoes were exceptional. The deserts were magnificent too....Its a lovely setting and the staff were friendly and very attentive.More

Short break in Faro for a little winter sun. Most restaurants very quiet , ate here three times. Excellent food, first class service. I recommend the pork and clams a great traditional combination. I’m seriously considering returning to Faro just to eat it again. A...great experience and very affordable.More

Been here three times and about to go for a final dinner. That tells it all, really. Fabulous, low key service which comes with cheery, gentle banter. Superb food - best seafood soup and I’ve tried several elsewhere. Lovely outside area next to sea wall...and fab views. View is also good from slightly more sheltered covered area. Slightly away from hub bub which we prefer. Excellent classical guitar music when we have been there. Just a really lovely place.More
