This is place most people would go when they visit Lisbon. It is the west most tip of the euro-asian continent. We got there just before the sunset. It was gorgeous. One tip is to bring a warm coat because it was extremely windy and...cold, even on a sunny autumn day.More

Beautiful area to see and explore (along with being able to say you were at the most western point of Europe). We did this on our own by taking the 403 bus from the Cascais bus station to/from Cabo Da Roca (allowing more time to...explore and hike).More

On our trip to Sintra by car, we came to visit Cabo da Roca which has an old lighthouse overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Surrounded by the beautiful yet invasive ice plant on which flowers were blooming, the colors of the ocean coupled with the plants...were really beautiful. Not overly crowded and there were several paths to walk on, so you didn't bump into other people. We did not eat here. Worth a visit on a nice sunny day as it does get windy by the ocean.More

This review only applies to the cafe at Cabo da Roca, and not the cliffside itself, which is in fact beautiful and well worth a visit. If you arrive at Cabo da Roca and need a WC, don't pay for the one in the tourism...office and instead go to the nearby cafe, which will give you a WC ticket with the purchase of any food, even a croissant. Of course, a vegan will have a hard time here, but they do have a vegan burger. It is not on their main menu, so you have to ask about the vegan burger specifically. I thought I ordered a veggie burger but the server brought me a hamburger and I had to send it back. They accept payment by card.More

We had a wonderful moment here. No one with us, it seemed to be in castaway but I had my partner with me instead of Wilson LOL. Clean untouched sand big waves. Just remember to wear trekking shoes... really steepy down there! I really really...suggest not to skip this place. Unique!More

Cabo da Roca is the westernmost point in Portugal. The views of the cliffs and the Atlantic are just breathtaking. The lighthouse and the giant cross add dramatism to this place. If you go around sunset you'll take amazing photos. Just take into account that...it's really crowded at that time. If you come with your own car, you can park on one side of the road. You'll avoid looking for a space in the parking lot and you'll avoid being stuck to get out.More

I am not aware of any restaurant here, so this review is about the scenic spot overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The moment we opened the car door, we felt we were going to be blown away by the strong wind. It’s such a scenic spot!...The view of the Atlantic Ocean waves hitting against the coast is spectacular. Safe to stand within the partition area, but we saw some people venturing into areas which are dangerous.More

The main reason for eating in this cafe seems to be to use the toilet as you either pay for entry or purchase food and go for free. The cafe is pretty average which is a pity as they have a great view of Cabo...de Roca and the staff looked fed up. There is also a shop attached but not sure if this is owned by the same people.More

There is not much else at Cabo Da Roca and you have to pay to use the toilets but we went to the cafe to use them as they are free if you purchase something!! Service was fine but toilets should be free but once...there then people don’t have any other choice do they!!More

Excelente! We were fortunate enough to stop by with our tour guide during the morning period. We went late Oct so the crowds weren't too bad. The day was sunny and beautiful with a nice, gentle breeze. It is said sometimes fog takes over the...Cabo but that wasn't the case on that day, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful views. If you have the time to spare, do go and visit the Cabo, it's worth it!!More

Such a beautiful nature and panoramic view of the ocean. The road is a charming way to see the panoramic view to arrive in Cabo da Roca. All the way with ocean in one side and beautiful trees in the other. That is the place...where there was a big fire some time ago and we still saw the mark of that.More

To be clear, my review is about the restaurant, not the attraction. Don't go there! You'll save money and won't ruin your trip day. The only good thing is the view. Poor conditions, tables aren't clean, the bathroom stinks. They have a menu, but everything...is always finished and very expensive anyway. I was very hungry so I ordered a sandwich. I paid 5 euros for 2 slices of hard as a rock bread and one small slice of ham and cheese. Nothing else. This is just ridiculous and you are mocking the clients!! Clearly you don't care about the people. The service was not good either, people were bored and not friendly. Too bad such a beautiful attraction doesn't have a better restaurant.More

We planned a day out going to Sintra and Caba Do Roca in which we were very unlucky with the weather. Predicted to clear up by the afternoon, winds picked up and fog picked up even more so we were unable to see anything but...only ticked off the status of being in the most Western part of Europe. Might try check it out again in a few days if the sun comes out as predicted (again).More
