One of the loveliest and most memorable meals of the trip. Everything from presentation, to location to how playful the menu was, was divine. You really feel like you're in a private club. Well worth the visit!

we had a great dinner here; make sure you sit in the garden. We took our 3 children and had a fantastic meal. The waitress was so polite and attentive and knew all about the menu and wines etc. A really cool restaurant and totally recommend.

Great restaurant. Amazing service and good food (not only Portuguese food available). Very nice location featuring a beautiful outdoor seating area. The prices are a little high, but you pay for what you get. A little bit of a walk from the centre of Lisbon but worth the walk. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

We walked in early at the opening time. Without a reservation, they were still accommodating though in high demand. Food was fantastic, and wine we selected with assistance was outstanding. Very nice experience.

everything was wonderful, from being greeted with a glass of champagne, to leaving with small presents! the setting was beautiful, very simple, muted elegance. All of the food was sublime, waitress was charming and very helpful with wine choices. Our best meal for a long time, anywhere. Mostly local diners around us. The desert board was exceptional. We would love... More

The owners are friendly , service is great , food original . Too many foreigners though. The area , Lapa is a lovely neighbourhood of the residential Lisbon with great buildings to walk around.

The entrance is misleading - an unassuming, dimly lit, Lisbon street. Bold colours, high ceilings, dark polished floors as well as the maitre d' greeted us upon entry. We waited to be escorted to the dining area- the courtyard. Lit by strategically placed candles, enough light to enjoy food. Chef - a brasiliero, conversed with all. Food: - delicious (gostosa)... Lovely place to eat. Not really crowded when we got there. Food is nice but in my opinion not worth that much money (we spent 60€ for entry + main meal).

There's almost a time travel quality to this lovely restaurant - from the moment you approach the front door and knock, the hospitality from the moment you are greeted, to the reassurance that your table is yours for the whole evening, it's an escape from the bustle of the lively but lovely city of Lisbon to a quieter past. Super 3 course meal in the lovely courtyard garden. Very attentive staff. Portions are substantial and the "Sweet Things' dessert was a fine way to end a meal. Extremely good value
