Pastel de Bacalhau served with good beer is the correct choice! Magnified with the Pastel de Bacalhau, which is very standard produced as you found it always with a great taste and at the correct temperature to serve ! No other has the same qualities!!...One of the best!!More

It cost 25€ for two croquettes plus 2 glasses of white port! At least for the price we get to keep the port glasses with dates printed on it plus a little souvenir tray & bag. RIP OFF!

Try these little cheese filled fried fish cakes. Strangely interesting as they are crunchy and super fresh Nice little snack with some port!

I am from Lisbon, and i can tell you that i am ashamed of this space right in the heart of this city. Pasteis de bacalhau for 4 or 5 euros is totally ridiculous, this space is pure Marketing, seems that they are there for...centuries, but they are not! Its very well design scheme. Also, they just have beers of 0,5L for 4.5€...What???!! This is a totally joke!More

what kinda travesty is this? There is no cheese in a pasteis de bacalhau?!? Go to any cafe in the area and get a real one!

Located near the main Commercio square. Tasty and fresh fish cake with sheep cheese. You could also try the typical Portuguese wine.

Tourist trap alert! I have been here a few years ago when it opened and I already thought it was bad so I gave it a second chance today and it is even worse! And now it costs 5 euros for a “codfish cake” that...has everything but codfish... super dry and it tastes like nothing. It is a commercial place to get tourists to waste their money. Not authentic Portuguese at all!More

Best pastel de bacalhau! Loved the texture and the taste of the fried cod and the welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant. Will come back for more !

Lisbon's main attraction is their codfish cakes and boy, is there ever a huge variation in taste and content! Some shops skimp on the fish and others think if they throw some cheese into it then that improves of covers up the lack of codfish...in these little snacks. Save some time and money by checking out some other local shops.More

Very good Pastel de Bacalhau but long line to get it! Pastel is delicious but you won't "die" if never eat it!

Since it’s in the heart of the tourist belt it’s open from 1000-2200. Do try the special combo offer with a glass of champagne... mostly one needs to wait for 10-15 mins in queue... but worth the wait... you can dine inside... More
