Dined here with my mom while visiting Lisbon. We loved the ambiance. Our table was situated such that it gave the feel of a private dining area. The service was impeccable and our waiter very attentive. If you love codfish, then this is the place. We used Uber to

Placed far from the center of the town, you have to reach it by bus (we took it near train station S.Apolonia) or by taxi. This restaurant is pleasant, but the waitress. Oh, my god! She had a bad day, she looked a bit nervous, she didn't smile, she forgot the wine menù, and so on. Fortunately another waiter came... More

Cod fish, Cod fish and Cod fish! It is the house special. There is no way you won't like this place and the food. Try the "Bacalhau com Broas" or the "Bacalhau Ze do Pipo".

After 11 days in Lisbon, this is still the best dining experience we had. The bacalhau is the best I've ever had. The wine selection is excellent. Let the waiter recommend a Vino Branco or verde for your meal. While pricier than many other restaurants, the price per plate is not exorbitant and is well worth it.

I have been a regular customer since this place opened. The place is beautiful in an amazing old building with the old type of construction. The waiters are very old school and provide great service. The problem is now the food. The cod fish and all the way they cook it has become very bland - almost no taste. I... More

I have been here to try a very traditional dish of codfish with my girlfriend. She really recommended this place (she is a local) and even though I havent had too many different codfish dishes yet I can say that this one was amazing. The service was great and very friendly. We had amazing food and a bottle of wine... More

We went for lunch. Gently welcomed by the receptionist we went straight to the table. At least on that day it was not noisy. Nice appetisers and main dishes. Of course the main choice was cod fish which was nicely done. Since there is not middle term between average and very good I rated it very good. Of course the... More

We've had 2 specialties of cod for the mains: cod with olive paste and cod with corn bread. Regarding desserts I've had the chocolate mousse with pistachio ice cream and my husband the "farófias". The mains and desserts were all good! Regarding the service, I'm afraid I don't have nice things to say... When I asked about some of the... More

Excellent food, traditional codfish dishes with a modern twist. Nice atmosphere, great for couples, families and small to medium groups. Good service, but takes a while. We waited for 40-50 minutes for our meal to be served but it was worth the wait.
