I was stunned by the taste of their francesinha and it will for sure be on my to do list when I'll go back to Lisbon. Even though I tried my first francesinha in Porto, Capa Negra II, it's motherland, I was super impressed with...this one. Delicious flavours and with a mouthful of beer after, boom, instant heaven. The prices are super accessibile when you consider the size of the dishes. Muito obrigado Marco's for the nice evenings. See you soon!More

Rumours had it here was the best Francesinha in Lisbon. Honestly, it was good, but we’ve had better at Dote. Here francesinha comes served with french-fries all in one plate and barely any sauce at the bottom of the plate. We had to ask for...it separately. I would have rated the place higher, if it wouldn’t look so desperately dated. Moreover, my glass was badly washed, with some residuals on it. The place felt not very well maintained.More

I was excited to find a vegetarian version of the classic Portuguese dish, franceshina. Sadly, I wasn’t beyond disappointed. It was clear that the sandwich had just been microwaved or reheated since the party was still cold and the cheese was hard. I wasn’t expecting...an amazing dish, since it is a vegetarian version of a very meaty dish, however I was expecting more than a warmed up platter. The best part was the fries and the sauce. I gave it three stars just because it gave me the opportunity to “try” this classic dish.More

The staff was nice but the food was sub par. Prices are totally OK and the size of the meal was excellent. Sadly everything was dumped in a thick sauce and the meat and burger we ordered were not very tasty.

Marco is a great restaurant, centrally located, and reasonably priced. The service is outstanding. Great and inexpensive Portuguese wine is also served and the service is friendly and attentive. One must try their specialty Francesinha, the "Little Frenchy" which is anything but little!

It was a nice place to try Francesinha. They even have a vegetarian version which is also very good. Nice staff! Highly recommended!

I had a really nice dinner for a reasonable price. The plates are generous and the food is really good. I really loved the Francesinha there.

A bit further away from the city centre, but within walking distance. Not many tourists, mostly locals. The staff is nice and efficient, food is very tasty and at reasonable price.

Very good food and service. Prices are very reasonable. For my taste design is too modern. But is clean and nice.

a sad place with sad service for a very northamerican taste of Portugal. The place seems known for its Franceshina...practically a canadian potine around a hot sandwich full of meat, ham, cheese witha fried egg on the top.....invented in the 60s and defined as “ traditional”...practically an insult...to the portuguese cusine....More
