My wife, 10 year-old daughter and I ate here on the last night of our trip to Lisbon. The restaurant came highly recommended and I have to say I was not disappointed. The menu was varied, the food lovely and the stuff were charming. It was a great experience and a really nice family friendly atmosphere.

Two of us were here for dinner in a rainy, chilly night in March. So it feels quite cozy inside in this industrial/ but elegantly designed restaurant. It’s a good place to talk as there are sufficient space between tables and not very loud. The menu is diverse and modern – not traditional Portuguese cuisine where one finds a lot... More

We got lost and arrived 30min late, however they accommodated that without any attitude. The staff were very professional and very friendly. Surroundings were lovely and very suitable for a reflective or a romantic meal. The food was modern, interesting, beautifully presented and really good. Every course tasted fresh and exciting but not too challenging! I even loved the puddings...... More

A really lovely evening. Great ambience, we loved the layout and decor. The service was wonderful and our server went to great lengths to find us wines to suit our tastes. The food was not just delicious but beautifully presented and delicately served. A lovely evening and one we look forward to repeating.

We have been to Casa da Comida for dinner and enjoyed a main dish and a dessert. The staff is very friendly. The food tastes good, but nothing really spectacular. Nevertheless, we can recommend because of the good service.

Review by me & my husband. Our dinner at Casa da Comida was definitely one of the highpoints of our visit to Lisbon. Every dish was delicious and artfully plated. But the best part was the service. Our waitress Marlene selected wine pairings for us even though we dined a la carte, and patiently explained each dish and wine in... More

Highly recommended -- we had a great evening. Feeling lazy (we were on holiday), we opted for the taster menu rather than make our own choice from the carte (which includes good English descriptions). This was an excellent choice as every dish was exquisite. We also chose the wine pairing, and the wines were excellent. The staff were friendly and... More

The interior is quainty but cosy, there are 3 separate rooms for relative privacy. I'd reccomend taking the house menu, we had 2 members with allergies, but the chef made a new menu on the spot avoiding them. The food was amazing, but the desserts were outstanding. Fried icecream was the best inthe world, highly reccomended!

Meal was very good. Wine as suggested by young man was spot on. Young woman was brilliant explaining the different ports and the effect of aging etc with small samples. The four of us had a fantastic night. Thank you.

Must go in Lisbon! Situated close the InterContinental Hotel. This on of the few places where you find really good food against a really fair price with excellent and very sweet personel. I need to recommend the tasting menu. My wife and I had a 6-course meal wich was perfectly balanced with nice local flavors. Book a few weeks in... More
