Great place for a burger. Extensive menu and veggie friendly as not only do they have a veggie option, you can swap out any of the burgers on the menu with a plant based alternative. Service was good and the cost was very reasonable at about 80 euros for a family of 4 with drinks (including wine).

I have never eaten a hamburger in Portugal and had no intention of doing so. However my partner heard that the burgers at Honorato were exceptional so we decided to make it our lunch stop when we next visited Belem.
The burgers are indeed very good. There is a wide variety of beef burgers offered. You are asked what level of doneness you want which means you can get a burger with some life in the patty. The French fries were okay in quantity and quality but a bit disappointing. My partner’s salad sue was much more successful. Her salad came in a bowl overflowing with different varieties of lettuce and a good oil and vinegar dressing.
Honorato is on the main street of the Belem tourist area so prices reflect that fact. With two glasses of wine and beer our total bill was €45.

I arrived at 1:00 p.m. and there was no problem with available tables, but I didn't like the table they gave me...but oh well...
I ordered my favorite burger: Picanha. Picanha burger, 🍅, gorgonzola and no garlic mayonnaise and for the first time they asked me if I preferred the normal one. And this time I ordered it in a Mini version.
And really the burger is mini, four bites and it's over but the good thing is that the amount of fries was like a normal plate.
The regular lemonade I ordered was good but they make it much better at the Chiado location.
There is only one person attending so I don't know what it will be like when it fills up...
Excellent alternative!

Some very good burgers, homemade, the meat is brutal.
The waiter was very attentive, the area very nice and quiet.
And very well priced. About 40 with tips.
The Honorato burger is impressive.
They put them with potatoes or salad.
The homemade potatoes, very very delicious.
You can spend a fantastic afternoon in Belem, which is one of the most beautiful in Lisbon and end up having dinner there

Great spot for a relaxed lunch after a day of sightseeing or after taking the Tram 28. Good burgers and somewhat decent prices. I got the X-Burger Medium done and my friend got the X-XXL well done; both with fries. The fries and the Garlic Mayo was really the star of the show. We got a little suprised by the automatic tip on the bill as the service was very casual, but the waitress didn't seem to mind when we declined (a bit awkward tho to be honest). All in all: nice cool restaurant that had an industrial vibe (with a beautiful wallcarving art), would eat here again :D

Terrible attitude and horrible service. Skip it. Ordered a drink without ice because I have a sore throat. They brought a drink full of ice. I sent it back and they brought back the same drink, so I had to remove the ice. I complained, and the waiter ignored me. The staff’s attitude and sense of entitlement is terrible. Zero customer service. When I confronted the guy who fixed the drink, he dismissed my requests and insisted he was right for making the drink with a ton of ice. The drink wasn’t even worth the bucks. I decided to leave without having lunch. Use your money elsewhere.

I had a burger here after a long, tiring day. I sat inside, since it was a bit chilly for January; besides, there is an endless stream of people marching on the pavement, towards the next door Pasteis de Belem.
The hamburger was eatable, although I had tastier and better; the bun was huge and tasteless; the fries were nothing special and the whole meal was served on a plate so small that it was impossible to cut the burger and keep the content inside.
Normally I would have given this place a 3, but they did that most annoying Portuguese trick of serving things you don’t order and then charging you for them. Although usually it’s bread and olives and I can take it or leave it, this time it was a sausage and the waiter carefully avoided to mention the price they charge for it. It would be better if they just increase the price of their hamburgers, if they want to make an extra couple of Euro.
For their mean ruse they don’t deserve more than one.

If you are missing those american burgers while on vacation, Honorato, Belem, will satisfy those taste buds. We stopped in for lunch. Service was acceptable. It did not take long to get our burgers. The burgers are so good that my son told me a few hours later that he would not mind going back to eat another one for dinner. It left a lasting good impression on him.

Nice location. French fries are normal, but the burgers are something special, really delicious. The quality of each ingredient is high and I recommend the X-Tudo burger (in the picture).

My husband, 73, and appreciative of a "good hamburger", said his "hotmex" burger here, was the best he's had. Now, don't judge. I k ow we are is Portugal, and should probably be eating Portugese food... but we were hungry, and they had a vegetarian burger here for me. So we stopped in. A wonderful meal! Franciso was our wonderful waiter!

Wouldn't go there again. We were staying in the area, and we passed by in the evening. It looked OK. The waiters were very nice, location good. Should have been alerted by the dirty toilet facilities. Bur we weren't, first mistake . I had the vegetarian option, which tasted of....nothing. The chips had clearly been fried a long time ago (I question if it was in my lifetime). They were cold and horrible. My husband's Tex Mex? burger was also very disappointing. Not hot, or spicy at all. Very poor value for money. It was not inexpensive. We wouldn't go there again. But we're in a touristy area. There aren't going to be any returning customers, so nobody is that bothered. But, we live in Portugal, and are interested in eating in nice places. However, if you just want an eatery that is central, nice staff, casual, nice location. And you're not bothered about Indifferentf food, questionable toilet facilities then go for it.
