The food was great, flavorful, authentic and not a tourist trap. Prices were great as well. Would totally recommend to someone hoping to find authentic Portuguese cuisine outside of the tourist areas.

The ethimology of the word "tasca" is "pocket". And this Is what you feel when you enter in this tiny little place with 10 tables at most. Confort food at its prime. Higly raccomended.

It's worth waiting a litle to come in, because the quality of the food in this small restaurant is very high! Fish and meat, everything top!

Climb up a hill, leave your name and wait in line for a memorable meal in Lisbon. Communal tables, stools and perfect ribs. The atmosphere is amazing, the people mainly local with visitors scattered thru out. Far from the touristy noise. A superb lunch.

We’d just taken a tuk tuk ride with a brilliant guide (thanks Paulo!) who recommended this fantastic place for lunch. You wouldn’t know it was here... unless you know. Everyone is sat together in a tight space, strangers quickly become friends. Charcoal barbecued meat and...More

Read about this place on a food blog and thought I'd give it a go. I nearly missed it as it's barely got a sign outside. It's got very few long tables and you very likely have to share - went at lunchtime and it...More
