What a gem of a Brazilian restaurant that I discovered during my stay in the neighborhood! Fantastic and welcoming service by the owner who makes you feel like you’re a guest in his home. It is a charming and cozy place to enjoy a leisurely...meal. The background music is a mix of boss nova jazz and similar styles (FM 273). I dined there three times during my visit for both lunch and dinner, both solo and a couple meal. The caipirinhas are freshly made and my favorite was maracujá or passion fruit and the regular is just as good. The food is DELICIOUS!! Try the traditional feijoada of stewed pork and black beans served with rice, sliced oranges and chopped greens. However my new favorite was the vaca atolada which was fragrantly seasoned stewed beef so tender with chunks of manioc and veggies, of course served with rice and chopped greens - I ordered it twice. The servings are more than generous as well. Would I return? Absolutely!!! This was my favorite meal during my visit and I have recommended the bistro to friends who plan to dine there during their upcoming vacations.More
Stumbled across this cozy place on our first day in Lisbon, and was not disappointed! We were warmly welcomed and treated with fantastic service. We ordered pineapple caipirinhas, corn soup, feijoada and a side of cabbage, as well as orange chocolate mousse for dessert along...with an espresso and a glass of port. Everything was delicious and exactly what I needed after a day of traveling. The food, service and atmosphere were very comforting and I wish I had gone back during our short trip! Next time for sure!More
The owner greeted us very warmly when we arrived. The food and service were brilliant. We had something-kibbeh for a starter and beef and casava stew for the main. Very reasonable prices given the large portions and how good the food was. Thanks very much
Hospitable host but the caipirinhas were nothing like one gets in Brazil. Apart from loading them with fruits you never get offered in Rio, there was little or no taste of cachaca. A complete waste of money. Where’s the alcohol? Stick to the wine which...was a much better bet. The food, whilst cheap, was poor. My wife ordered a ‘Fillet of beef’. We should have known that you can’t get a true fillet for the price. It was thinner than a minute steak and was accompanied by a broad lump of fat. We had uninspiring food so please don’t think this place will remind you of Brazil!More

A lovely, small restaurant with delicious Brazilian food. The owner (I think) warmly greeted us when we arrived and was attentive throughout our meal and to all his guests. A short menu, but the starter and two mains we had were fresh and flavourful. I'd...go here regularly if I lived in Lisbon.More
Very nice restaurant with authentic Brazilian/Minas Gerais food. Very good appetizers with great caipirinhas (lime then maracuja - both of them delicious!). Excellent feijoada! Very friendly and helpful owner. Thanks!
Was staying at accommodation up the road, had to wait a while for check in and came across this little place. I had some of the starters and rice with some beer. The guy working there was very plesent and helpfull. Very worthwhile visit if...your in the area. Not expensive, and nice food! .More
Stumbled on this restaurant a minute before they opened while wandering the side streets. Checked on TA, saw the reviews were good, and listened to my grumbling stomach. Got the lemon caipirinha, kibbeh, feijado, cappuccino mousse. Everything was excellent and the cappuccino mousse was life...changing...One of the best desserts I've ever had. The feijado was PERFECTLY seasoned.... Literally one more molecule of salt and it would be too salty...But it wasn't. Bill for one with apps, cocktail, and a main came to 25 euro. The main was just 12. Service was attentive without being cloying. The owner's passion for his restaurant is obvious. He does everything front of house himself so service can sometimes slow down for the 5 tables, but just be patient. This is the kind of special dining experience I went wandering the streets hoping to have as a solo traveler...Truly memorable.More
The gentleman who greeted me at the door was super friendly and welcomed me into this beautiful quaint establishment. He promptly served me and provided me with access to the wifi. I ordered the “artisan” garlic bread which was truly a work of art. It...has to be the best garlic bread that I have ever had. I ordered the Feijado for main (as I wanted to try a traditional dish). This was extremely well cooked and the serve was really large. I decided to have the mango mousse for dessert which was also splendid. Overall the quality of the service and food was simply outstanding, and the meals are extremely good value for money. I will definitely be returning here when I visit Lisbon again. Thank you!More
We had the picanha and the beef stew, which was both excellent. Especially with the beans to go with the rice.
We visited the Terras Gerais in the middle of the afternoon and received a warm welcome from the owner. We ordered several small tapas like items, along with two main dishes. Everything was incredible. The four of us were the only people in the restaurant...at the time and received superb service and recommendations. The dishes came out little by little which was perfect, as we all got to sample things. Everything is made fresh on site and with plenty of the tastes of Brazil in each dish. We were so happy to have discovered this little gem in a cute neighborhood, away from the tourists. The owner wished us well as we left and we all got a big hug from him.More
If I could give this restaurant no stars I would. Walked in with two of my friends at 8:40 pm on a Saturday night and was told the restaurant is full so we couldn’t eat there. Meanwhile there were two visible open tables. Then when...I addressed the two open tables we were then told they were already reserved and we couldn’t sit there (but there was no “reservado” on the table). We also weren’t even given a wait option. Not sure if we were refused access because we were all women of color but I’ve never experienced this before when it comes to customer service.More
At 8:40pm i wanted to eat at this place with my 2 friends and we were refused service despite empty tables being unreserved. I'm appalled as we werent given the option to wait. Appalling customer serviceMore

Small and romantic place where I felt like home. The owner has been very helpful and kind. We took a picanha, feijoada and a brigadeiro... Top quality. At the end the price has been very cheap. Strongly suggested.
