Very mixed feelings about this venue. Great view and nice environment. Food is average and overpriced for Lisbon standards (full menu at 30 Euros, excluding drinks). I don’t know if it is always like this, but when I got there for dinner there was no...possibility of ordering “à la carte” and we were obliged to order the full menu. Not sure if I would come back again.More

We had dinner there for our first night in Lisboa and we were not disappointed. I don’t remember what we had for starters but I got the octopus with sweet potato as a main and it was amazing. Also I found the quantity very correct....The view is extremely beautiful and the staff were all nice (most of them spoke fluent French which was impressive). Overall a very good experience. Our total bill was 50€ for starters + two main + two cocktails, which I find very correct for the location and the taste.More

Ridiculous portions ridiculously expensive made really bad, no flavor. We went to this place after a recommendation, we arrived and they said they had no place free, after 10 mins they gave us a table outside but still we were not allowed to smoke, the...tables like 3 meters from us yes. We ordered 3 dishes from the very poor menu and all three were so disappointing with no flavor. One of the main dishes came with no potatoes or similar which no one explained to us. When we saw it we ordered immediately some fries which came after we had already eaten this badly made meat bathed in oil with absolutely no flavor. The dish you see in the pic costs 15€ 😂 The croquettes were really bad, just a bunch of meat fried, the bacalao was they only dish which was acceptable but also with no taste!More

Restaurant in a great location with a beautiful view on the city. The food is good, although not impressive, whilst the portions are pretty small.

We were recommended by an actor sitting next to us in a cafe in Lisbon. So booked and went on his word. It was super! It is a 10 -15 mins uphill walk from the centre, we passed earlier in the day and it looked...interesting, so we were quite pleased when we returned in the evening! Please look at the website before you go and you will feel your money is even more well spent supporting such an idea. Anyway, food was excellent, can't remember what we had, but it was a fish meal! This is at least six months ago but I can remember the meal was superb, staff were friendly and the evening view overlooking Lisbon was fantastic. I think I've reviewed this before? But trip asked me if I had been, so might be repeating myself?!! Well if I have, go go go, when we return to beautiful Lisbon we will go again! Book early for a good table, and lets keep these restaurants open, post Corona virus! Best wishes all.More

Stopped in here for lunch just as it opened. Got a seat with a great view. I'd recommend a reservation if you are going at any other time. Sangria was serviceable, not great. Food was okay. View was great, but if you're going to the...castle, those views are just as good.More

After a long day at the Castelo S. Jorge, we wandered down the road looking for a late light lunch. Street side this resto did not look too appealing, you enter through a craft store, but we were surprised to find a cute inviting space...done up like a hippy experience from the 60’s. We had a loin sandwich with fries and a sliced chorizo sausage. Beers washed this down and everything hit the spot. Prices were reasonable, service good and friendly, and if you get the right seat, a good view of the river is yours. Funky experience, on our way out through the Artisan shop we purchased a Trump voodoo doll, that was better than dessert!More

We celebrated my birthday during a weekend in Lisbon. What a treat! Food was amazing we had lamb shank and beef steak starting with steak tartare and prawns. Everything cooked to perfection. The aubergine paste to go with the breads and olive is to die...for. Also got two glasses of bubbly on the house to celebrate my special day. This is the place to eat in Lisbon. We dined in the evening and the views were stunning. It must be even more spectacular in the summer. Beautiful!More

The place from outside doesnt seem to be that interesting, until we got in. The place is big and has a nice view of the river and Alfama. The food is great too. Preferably go in the daytime to appreciate the sceneries.

We ate sea food and do not know if they offer vegan options on their menu. Best to ask the restaurant directly. The staff that we met spoke good english.
