One of the most popular ice cream places that was recommended on YouTube. There was a long queue but it was worth the wait. I had x4 scoops (chocolate, caramel, pistacio and hazelnut) which was a great combo and the flavours together was delicious 😋

This ice cream shop is amazing, lovely ice cream, great choice of flavours, friendly staff. We are in Lisbon on holiday and have been to this one twice, and the one in Cascais too .. brilliant. Best ice cream shop I’ve ever been to.
Aesthetically pleasing ice-cream parlour and the ice cream was even more delightful! A ‘must visit’ on a hot day in Lisbon.
Excellent ice cream, in particular the the passion fruit. Indoor seating in the back. Perfect break on a hot day walking around Lisbon.
This is a popular chain in Portugal. There is usually a long queue, especially the branch I saw in Cascais. It's pretty good and worth the hype in my view.
I stopped in here every evening of my long weekend in the city for desert. The brownies were to die for and the raspberry ice-cream was absolutely delicious. Would definitely return on my next trip to Lisbon 💙
Begun by Italian immigrant Attilio Santini in 1949 Gelados Santini now inhabits six storefronts from Chiado to Porto, and although some will suggest world-class quality the reality is that the product is merely average while service is perfunctory. Originally in Praia do Tamariz, and now...under the ownership of Eduardo Santini, it is in an area of high foot traffic that guests are invited to duck in for cup or cone, scoops rather than spatulas packing dense balls of Dulce de Leche and Fig with bits of ground Fruit.More
- Super tasty ice-cream - Quite limited choice (no coconut, vanilla...) - Staff barely understand English - Low prices (especially for such great taste)
Really natural flavours. Mango, raspberry, passion fruit are so natural. Small cup 3,20 euros. Central location.
When you get a craving for a cup or cone off gelato, there are many options in the Chiado district. We typically go to our favorite on Rua Garrett, but this night we thought we'd give Santini a try. First impressions left all off us...feeling disappointed. Could it be a simple ice cream? And not the satisfying gelato we were accustomed to? The depth of flavor was missing, the rich creaminess was absent, and the peqano cup only allows for two flavor choices, rather than the three choices we had come to love at our preferred spot. Santini is good, but not amazing good, which is what we expected. For us, we'll pass by Santini to go to our old hang out on Garrett.More
Have never tasted a better icecream than Santinis'. Was walking towards Belem with my family and saw a graffiti on an overhead bridge that said "this way to the world's best ice cream". So we followed in that direction and reached at Santini. Would you...believe I ate 5 scoops of icecream. My wife was surprised too😃. The following night we went to Timeout Market for some sea food and I was excited like a 4 year old to see Santini. Guess what we had our icecream treat again!!! If you're in Lisbon don't leave without trying this amazing icecream. My favorites were Mango, Raspberry and Passion Fruit.More
The hype is real. We recommend a small (you don’t need much more than that if you’re walking around) of chocolate and raspberry. Mango is good too, but passion fruit you can probably live without.
Best ice cream in Lisbon, also safe for coeliacs (staff will open new tub and use clean utensils, multiple gluten free flavours) which is just great!
This is one of the best gelateria ever. The tastes are innovative ,fresh ,funny and is a light and creamy gelatooo. Try cascais and brigadeiro is a nice and delicious combo!!!! Vote 100/100
The chocolate cake with ice is delicious. Prices are okay and the staff is friendly. The interior design of the shop is really nice and the colors are cheerful
