This is a very nice restaurant to eat seafood in Lisbon. The downsides are that they don't dobreservations which is a bummer and they could do some remodeling to the space (keeping it tradicional but prettierand more confortable).

Excellent place to eat seafood. Unfortunately be prepared to wait a long time before seating since they don't make reservations and the place is always crowded. Go early and enjoy!

try and book a table for 7pm or you will have to queue outside. But once you get in, you will never have such fresh prawns, lobsters, clams, crabs etc. Really amazing food. Don't expect side orders of vegetables and salads - it is bread only and some lemon wedges. But what more do you want when you have the... More

Trust the hype! Amazing seafood can be had here for reasonable prices. Wines are cheap, beers are even cheaper. The service is brisk but friendly.

Ok, so it seems that the every restaurant visited by one of these guys (not me), goes on a three month waiting list and in general is over hyped. We visited Lisbon in July and were pretty sure we wanted to check this place out based on watching both Bourdain and Zimmerman episodes about Lisbon. But everyone we talked to... More

This place is a Lisbon seafood institution! The tiger prawns were absolutely divine (though priced by weight so be careful). Place has a lively, fun atmosphere; was a great Lisbon experience!

The earlier the better for a table, as they take no bookings. It's fascinating to watch diners and dinners as you queue for a table. Once seated, the mayhem begins with chaotic table settings and drink orders. It's just like being at Mums place when she's really busy serving everyone. Waiters are nearly running between kitchen and tables, but don't... More

Queue is worth the wait, everything was delicious and the price was amazingly cheap for the dinner we had, best place we've eaten in Lisbon! Especially the big tiger prawns!
