One thing is the silly waiting where the guy at the door keeps saying 20 min (again and again) as he has no clue of when you will actually get in (what a joke). Its quite clear for everyone the place is victims of its...one succes. Too busy waiters, too long waiting time, food not cooked properly because its has to be rushed to much. Maybe its a cultural thing but what a disappointment and will never come back and or recommend this to anyone.More

My wife and I enjoyed the night fully. I been wanting to try this place for years and we finally scheduled it in. In the old day if we wanted seafood we world go to Sol Mar, the place has been closed for years, it...sad. It was a beautiful restaurant to me the best in town, now it's Ramiro turn. I Can't understand why no one has taken over Sol Mar, its a gorgeous dining room. Ramiro on the other hand is less formal with excellent service and great prices. Our waiter was terrific , he recommended just the right amount of each of the seafood and was friendly. The only negative thing was the lack air conditioning, it was bit warm, but then we experienced this in many Portuguese restaurants. We shall return !More

When we entered the restaurant the first took our temperature and than made you stick your finger into a tiny thing that I guess measure your heart rate. Absolutely disgusting and that’s how you best spread Covid. Every visitor has to put their finger into...the same device! Absolutely disgusting and absurd practice, my hunger was gone!More

Even though it seems chaotic from the moment you arrive, it’s definitely worth the wait. The seafood is so incredible and makes you crave even more.

Ramiro is rightfully a must visit institution in Lisbon. Their seafood offering is amazing and they even prepare some of the dishes at the table. Very decent vinho verdes are available to accompany the dishes. And the meal closes with dessert as usual, only here...it is a steak sandwich. And considering its value for money ratio also, this place should not be missed!More

Would recommend booking ahead. The service was excellent, food was excellent and well cooked and quickly delivered but it was very expensive. Food is costed based on weight. The four scarlet prawns alone were €54!...... and the 12 oysters which were great but not the...best and certainly not worth €31! The tenderloin was amazing tho and worth the €5. Not really a MUST visit. €120 for two with no alcohol....More

Difficult to give a positive answer. They don't answer the phone when busy. I would simply suggest show up early on that day and you won't wait very long to get in.

Not sure......I arrive early and join the line, sometimes the wait is long sometimes not. I read people saying to not telephone as it does not get answered, however, they do reply to emails: I suggest you attempt a booking... More
