The food was so good we ate here on two occasions. Initially found thanks to Trip Advisor and certainly didn't disappoint. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Various types of fish available for dinner are brought out for selection and then grilled to perfection. Could not have been better.

This place is a gem. In a street filled with restaurants that have pictures of the meals which generally means forget it combined with door front hustlers this place has neither but is packed. All three courses are great but leave room for the home made tarts.

Despite being in a very touristic part of Lisbon, this little restaurant offers excellent food (especially catches of the day are highly recommended) for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

OK, we all need a holiday but why take it in the busiest tourist season? We sought this restaurant out after TripAdvisor recommendations, only to find a note on the door saying "gone on holiday".

I came here for lunch twice and it was always packed of local people. I find the foods are a bit salty but it seems to be the best place I could find during my stay. Prices are reasonable. Servives are excellent.

Sara one one of the waitresses was amazing. Not only friendly but also recommend the most amazing dishes. My husband and the Green Eggs which may Sou d something like... More

We had dinner at Moma and every course was a hit. The food was amazing and the service super friendly and funny. One of the highlights of our trip! Please drop in for a meal you will not regret it.

Yesterday we had lunch at the Moma Grill, from starters to desserts, everything was just fantastic. A recommendation for a good Portuguese lunch/diner.

We went here based on Tripadvisor reviews and once again we were not disappointed. We sat on a lovely little patio/pedestrian street. I had the sardines with potatoes and salad. While simply prepared it was more sophisticated then the exact same dish I had in Sintra the day before. The sardines were very fresh, the potatoes were grilled and the... More

We were walking through this rather touristic street, where all the owners of the restaurants were trying to Talk you in, which i hate. However the last restaurant did not do any effort and was busy with local people. So we decided to have lunch here... What a great choice!!! Nice staff and the food was amazing with flavours i... Staying in Baixa, Rossio & Restauradores

Neighborhood Profile
Baixa, Rossio & Restauradores
A pending candidate to become a World Heritage Site, Lisbon's downtown (the "Baixa Pombalina", or simply "Baixa") is a perfect example of anti-earthquake construction, having been rebuilt following the 1755 earthquake by the famous Marquês de Pombal (hence its name). Its offer is vast: restaurants and cafes in Rossio and Restauradores, outlets and shops in the Áurea, Augusta, Prata and other famous streets, the imponent Praça do Comércio and its Arch, the luxury shops along the Avenida da Liberdade, this is the beating heart of the city center. The Baixa also grants easy access to trains leading to Sintra, the trams that go around the Castle hill, old neighborhoods or even take you to Belém, and Lisbon's traditional restaurants and cafes. Considering a visit to the Fashion and Design Museum (free entrance) and don't forget to try the famous liquor, "ginjinha"!
