I had a steak which was very good at cooked. Not too dry and not too flacky. The spices are tasty. Even the rice and the chips are tasty. Definitely recommend.

This is an awesome local place. We got their lunch set, which came with soup, bread, wine, a main (choice of meat or fish), dessert and coffee. We were stuffed by the time we were done, and it cost us something like 12 or 13...euros per set. Fantastic experience!More

Love breakfast by Portuguese way - than this cafe is a good place to drink a good coffee (Nicola) and eat a (traditional) cake in the morning. The staff was smiling and nice :)

Wow, the best brioche & croissants I have ever tasted. The custard tarts were fab as well. Visited every morning for breakfast with friends during our stay in Lisbon. Various flavoured croissants & shapes all delicious. Full of locals who either sit or stand at...the counter to eat & drink their coffee. You can add cheese & ham to your croissants as well. Fantastic local atmosphere & the gentleman owner always greets you with a smile & has a fantastic sense of humour. Our only regret was we never had chance to visit for lunch.More

Paco Real has a busy outdoor dining area right in the thick of Sintra. Although there are many tourists around, the umbrella tables give a sense of coziness. The food is good but the service is the best! Christian made sure we had excellent seats...and then provided all we needed even though the restaurant was crowded. My chicken salad was excellent and the pizza was pretty fab too. I recommend!More

Paco Real Luciano - Laurenco & Silva Always a great experience to have lunch or dinner where the locals dine. This is a very busy lunch counter in the lower part of Alfama just off the main boulevard. We had just purchased our souvenirs and...asked the shopkeeper where to eat. He said this is the place where ll the locals have lunch, and many of the other restaurants get their food! He was right. This was the best home-cooked meal we had our whole visit - and for only E9 pp. A great place to stop for lunch as you explore the old town.More

We came here on a recommendation of a local guide and were very happy with the food. Waiter was friendly and the fish dishes were very tasty. It was busy and full of locals. Prices were really reasonable. It cost €45 for 4 bottles of...water, a serving of bread and 4 plates of fish with vegetables and potatoes.More
