We found this cafe through a Google search of 'best places to eat breakfast in Lisbon' and decided to Uber over using the address. So glad we did! Best attempt at English breakfast tea (just one word of advice, serve the milk cold, not hot!), great toasties and amazing cupcakes. Quirky decor. Great service. Very reasonable prices: We had two... Usually only 650m from the famous Miradourode Sao Pedro de Alcantara (vista point), we walked in a big loop to find this little place (our GPS was geographically challenged!) and were so glad we persisted! Intending on only purchasing cupcakes, as various forums suggest is the specialty at Tease, we stayed for coffee, lunch, AND cupcakes. The interior decor was... More

Opens at 9am so good for breakfast if you are a little late up. But Tease here's a tip - Families with young children want places to open at 8am. If this isn't your clientele (not sure why not) then keep opening at 9am. Look across the road at Copenhagen Coffee Lab and their opening hours. All good, no complaints.... More

We come here often for a coffee, or a quick snack and it's fine. Nothing fancy, but a nice clean local place and the service is good. That's rare for the neighborhood where service is usually terrible.

We tried it twice, one for afternoon coffee and again for breakfast. The coffee was good, breakfast great for Spaniards, granola, coffee and toast, we do not have bacon and eggs for breakfast, although you can ask for a heartier breakfast if you need it. You must try the cupcakes and cakes. I am very picky with sweets but these... More

We came here very often. For breakfast, lunch and sometimes to work. Always a good experience. The staff is really friendly <3 But I miss the other sorts of bread they used to offer (cereal, whole wheat etc.). Besides that, it is an amazing place to visit. ;)

We came here on our last morning before the airport but wish we had found it sooner. The food is delicious with great sized portions. We had the tuna sandwich and the breakfast pancakes and a detox smoothy each. The food was so fresh and good... enjoyed every bite. The atmosphere is chilled out and the staff are very friendly.... Staying in Principe Real

Neighborhood Profile
Principe Real
From the splendid garden and its cafe-kiosk to its restaurants, Príncipe Real is more than worthy of a visit and it won't let you down: its attractions include "Pavilhão Chinês" (one of the more eccentric interior designs you'll ever see), museums and a fantastic botanical garden. It's also a commercial neighborhood, and you can visit a renovated Palace, home of the Embaixada (embassy) trendy shopping center with its cafes, art galleries and luxury shops... and even if you don't buy anything, take a look inside just for its marvellous interiors. On top of this, Príncipe Real offers a variety of places to eat: if you're in a hurry, drop by "Pizza a Pezzi"; and if you're not, taste the delicious Honorato hamburgers, Argentinian cuisine at La Paparrucha and also great, delicious Portuguese food at Tascardoso!
