We choose this place because of the reviews on Trip Adviser and also proximity to our hotel. They told us right away that their credit card machine was broken, which was fine in this particular case (usually that how we would prefer to pay). Service...More

The restaurant and the service was so good, that we dined there twice over our four day stay. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is local and very attentive. Seafood is a must, best to get a few plates and share.

My landlord recommended me to have dinner here. I made a reservation for the next day when I found out that the day I wanted to go was already fully booked. The waiter was very patient and helpful and very friendly, isn't life so much...More

We arrived at our booked time absolutely soaked due to a sudden and heavy thunderstorm but the reception by the waiters was less than impressive. No attempt to take our coats , offer towels to dry our heads etc. or even a pleasant welcome. Unfortunately...More

i’m not sure if it was because we just walked in and didn’t have a reservation but the food took incredibly long to get and the waiters would just ignore us. Dinner and dessert were good though.

It´s a Restaurant where you will meet a lot of residents. Always busy and crowded but the food is very good.

We had our dinner here after visiting Sao Jorge Castle, we had fried octopus and garlic shrimp (this fried garlic shrimp is the best out of so many restaurants we've tried in Lisbon)

On our first night in Lisbon, our hotel recommended we try Farol de Santa Luzia for some local food. We went early on a Thursday evening, without a reservation and got a table. By the time we left the restaurant was filling up. Tasty, well-priced...More

Small lovely place. Nice service. Very great seafood dishes. And very tasty cheesecake. I recommend!

Hello Liam, The reservation is very recommended specially if it is after 20:00. Before that the restaurant is much more calm. We open at 17:30 and close at 23:00 (Kitchen closes 22:30). Feel free to book a table by e-mail... More

In one of the seven hills of Lisbon, between Alfama and the Castle and looking at the viewpoint of Santa Luzia, is a cozy and traditional, rustic restaurant, serving typical dishes from traditional Portuguese cuisine. Housed in a XVIII century building, preserves the aura that gives it a certain charisma.
