Went to Ibo for a Birthday dinner and the food was just absolutely amazing. Don't forget to try their lemon and mint sorbet - very delicious and light, especially if you had a starter and a main and are completely full like I was ;)

Ibo is a pricey restaurant by Lisbon standards, but a unique experience in terms of the food served (Mozambique cuisine) and you can have dinner directly on the bank of the Tagus river. It is recommended to make a reservation. On that topic, you should know there are 3 Ibos: the restaurant (where we ate), the cafe (closes at night)... More

Long story short: the food was excellent, the service was excellent (if a bit uptight), the view was very nice, and it's definitely good value for the money. Also there seems to be a dearth of good restaurants in Lisbon (either that or we were particularly unlucky) but this one definitely made up for it. We went there with our... More

The view over the river is amazing, while sitting on the terrace enjoying some great seafood! Great location! The only negative point was that I had to ask 4 times for my water...

Had dinner here last night, and it was our best meal in Portugal so far! So clean, and every dish well thought of. We were later greeted by the chef and owner of the restaurant, who were delightful! A must go to- also, beautiful location & view!!

Nice little place down by the river. Good and attentive service. Wine complemented the food and the menu had many tasty looking choices. Ended up choosing the Mosambique-inspires options, and it was an excellent choice.

This restaurant is located close to the central station of Lisboa. It do not have any interesting view, in fact it doesen´t have any view at all. You just look into to the wall of the station. The good part is that You choose Your own fish, but kitchen and the service is mediocre. The prices is far to high... More

The food is delicious, the view is wonderful and the service very attentive. When making the reservation I mentioned it was a birthday celebration so we got the nicest table on the first floor just by the window. Oh and I could just have the appetizers for dinner and still be happy.

If you want a classy restaurant right by the river Tagus Ibo should hit the spot. If the weather is good a table on the shaded terrace is an absolute joy. Mozambique themed fish diseases are delicious. Good choice of sensibly priced wines and helpful sommelier. Pleasant, attentive and unrushed service.
