About
Feitoria Restaurant & Wine Bar is an exclusive gourmet restaurant specializing in signature dishes by the skillful hand of the head Chef André Cruz here traditional Portuguese gastronomy discovers and blends with the more exotic cuisines of the world, preserving the genuine essence of local traditional flavors.
1 MICHELIN Star: High quality cooking, worth a stop!
If you’re wandering around the city’s historic sights, such as the Monument to the Discoveries and the Belém Tower, make sure you also pay a visit to this charming restaurant. With a backdrop ambience that combines the classic and modern, this space exudes personality and elegance, as well as boasting an exquisite bar at the entrance with views of the Tagus. Taking a seat at one of its tables is an invitation to embark on a journey across the traditional flavours of Portugal through dishes that combine high-level technique and top-quality ingredients. Under the baton of chef André Cruz, the menu has been created with an emphasis on seasonal produce, most of which are from local suppliers, as is reflected on the Semente menu, which comes in four different versions: Leaf, Roots, and two vegetarian options. Classic Portuguese dishes have been enhanced with a touch of sophistication, such as the “Sea Stew” (Cozido do Mar), featuring fish and finished with caviar and seaweed, or the typical convent-inspired Sericaia dessert from the Alentejo, made with eggs and served with honey and native herbs.

Upon entering we were warmly received and immediately helped by the extremely friendly staff. The service was not only fast and professional, but also particularly attentive and welcoming. The team was always available without being intrusive, and that created a relaxed and warm atmosphere. The dishes were an absolute surprise! Every dish was taken care of down to the last detail, with attention to detail and creativity. The flavors were subtle and balanced, with ingredients that combined beautifully. It was clear that a lot of care and passion had gone into the preparation and presentation. What made the evening even more special was the wine pairing with wines from our own country. These were carefully chosen to fit seamlessly with any course. The wines enhanced the flavors of the dishes without overpowering them, and that gave the whole evening an extra dimension. In short, an evening at this restaurant is highly recommended for anyone who loves refined tastes and first-class service. The team knows exactly how to give their guests an unforgettable experience.

Fetoria is a top notch, Michelin star restaurant in the Belem neighborhood. Everything about this experience reinforces the high standards of quality in not only each dish, but the ambience, as well as the presentation. Each course was a contemporary interpretation of locally sourced dishes, modified for an international palate, and presented as an artistic expression of the best aspects of Portuguese culture. Since our evening included a wine pairing, during the course of the meal we were treated to and learned a great deal about the best wines Portugal has to offer. The staff is as accommodating and friendly, as they are knowledgeable. They were genuinely enthusiastic to share their culinary culture with us in a wholly accessible manner that made us feel completely at home. For us, Fetoria was the perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of the Lisbon tourist scene. An unforgettable meal and an wonderful experience.

We enjoyed the 'Feuille' meal from start to finish. Careful service, a pleasant setting and creative cuisine, full of unique flavors. We also took a cheese supplement for one person before dessert in order to taste excellent Portuguese cheeses, an opportunity to make some great additional discoveries. Very good wines too. Of course, it's not cheap, but it's the price of excellence.

🇵🇹One Michelin star🌟Feitoria restaurant is located on the banks of the Tagus River, between the historic Belém Tower and the Monument to the Discoverers. 🧑‍🍳André Cruz takes diners on a journey across land and sea, paying tribute to the great Portuguese explorers of the past. Exotic spices from faraway places are combined with traditional Portuguese ingredients and flavors. Not only that, it has a warm and charming reception space and a restaurant with a classic and modern feel. Figure 1, mushrooms, white truffles and sea bass. The strong smell of white truffles mixed with the mellow aroma of mushrooms paired with sea bass, the taste is fresh and salty, and the smell of white truffles is obvious

Feitoria is located in a modern hotel next to the Tagus river. The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated with a combination of classic and modern. My wife and I both had the 8 course tasting menu (with the accompanying wine menu), and the food was truly outstanding and presented in a very creative manner. Being Portugal the menu is, not surprisingly, focused on fish/seafood. The wine pairing (we chose the Portuguese wine option over the international one) was varied but spot on. The size of the dishes may appear small but we both left very full after we finished. The dinner took about 3 hours but the variation in the food definitely kept us interested. Would definitely go again.

Dinning at the Michelin-starred Feitoria restaurant, was an unforgettable experience for my husband and me. From the moment we were welcomed in to the moment we departed (4.5 hours later), we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Every member of the staff -Pedro, João, Fuji/Mauricio, Carlos, was professional, "very" pleasant, knowledgeable in ways of the food being served and the wines they offer, (Pedro recommended a fantastic wine to us), displayed visible passion for their profession and the desire to please their patrons; truly an admirable bunch! Each course served to us was displayed beautifully with an exotic, artistic touch, and great attention to detail, and the flavors of each course were unbelievable and uniquely delicious! We were blown away! (And they accommodated my gluten free needs with excellence!) At the end of our meal, we had the privilege to meet the chef, André Cruz; a very pleasant, humble, talented and handsome man. After meeting the chef, and as we were led back to our table by Pedro, I happened to mention that our trip to Portugal was a wedding anniversary celebration for us. Well, Pedro quickly added to our special occasion by bringing a complimentary drink to us shortly after we sat back at our table. How very thoughtful of him! All in all, everyone, every meal course, every minute we spent at Feitoria was truly a perfectly wonderful experience! Highly recommend Feitoria! The Baltas

Without a shadow of a doubt the best fine dining experience bar none. The food was on point. Every course (we enjoyed the 8 course plus wine flight) was outstanding. The wine pairings were the best we’ve experienced and were all from Portugal (particularly loved the Landcraft Loureiro and a rare and unusual Farrapo Branco). The service, led by Ricardo, was second to none and the somelliers (see photo of Pedro and Carlos and a rather large bottle of 20 yr old tawny port) were exceptional and hugely knowledgeable. All of the team’s attention to every detail was impeccable and an opportunity to meet André Cruz, the Michelin starred chef, was a welcome surprise too. To provide some balance to this review we should talk about the negatives…there are none. All restaurants should aspire to provide such amazing experiences and we can’t recommend this place highly enough. Can’t wait to come back.

We went to Feitoria on December 30 and we were really impressed by the service and, especially, the food. We ordered a vegetarian menu (highly recommended) with seven courses, accompanied by selected wines that the sommelier recommended to us. It has truly been a great experience and we will definitely be back!

A week’s stay in Lisbon at the Altis Bélem Hotel should not end with anything other than a festive dinner in this restaurant. And this (very) small detour (since the restaurant is located within the hotel) was well worth it. Very neat and very friendly service (in French or English), an extremely successful menu (including the assorted wines where we had chosen Portuguese wines) and a warm meeting with chef André Cruz; in short, a wonderful experience.

The food was superb and the best we’ve had. The service was excellent with attention to every detail. The chef came out to introduce himself and the sous-chefs presented some of the dishes. Every staff member was friendly, engaging and attentive. Can’t remember every person’s name, but Sheenam and her colleagues made our evening a memorable one.

Elegant in its entrance and into its refined and modern dining area, Feitoria is a touch to all the senses. If you go, do it right with the 6 plates and wine pairing. Our waitress Anna was a joy to have and Pedro the sommolier knew his vinhos. The dishes were as beautiful as the little gifts of food they bore and tasted as good as they looked. Along with a nice box of chocolate truffles and such, Anna presented me with a bottle of their very own Rosamonte piqual olive oil which she knew I adored. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

What can we say other than the experience was completely perfect. Each dish was beautifully designed and executed. Well explained and served meticulously. The wine pairing was a must. I requested that my dishes were gluten free and that was well adhered to. The gluten free bread was delicious…wish I could have taken it home! The layout of the restaurant meant that everyone could enjoy the view, and the service was absolutely first class. We look forward to a chance to come back! Thank you!

I have chosen this restaurant because they offer a proper vegetarian menu (not a standard for many other restaurants in Lisbon) and I was not disappointed! The food was brilliant with top quality ingredients, creative ideas, beautiful presentation and great service! And the view is amazing as well!

Belém is the "capital of the Portuguese Discoveries" and a photographer's paradise. You can spend an entire day exploring this neighborhood: monuments (Jerónimos Monastery, Belém Tower, Monument to the Discoveries), museums (Coach Museum, Centro Cultural de Belém) and breathtaking views of the Tagus river will make your visit worth your time. Belém also offers a variety of restaurants and cafes, namely the famous - and delicious - "Pastéis de Belém" (typical Portuguese custard tarts; make sure you buy an extra box of those!). Easily accessible from Lisbon's historic center, Belém is a must-do, especially if you're spending more than one day visiting the Portuguese capital.
