Very disappointing. Service ok but nothing special. Food of only average standard - very oily. Price above average. Buyer beware.

The waiter provided great care and concern and also made excellent wine recommendations. The food - cod with onions and chips was excellent too.

Typical portoguese fishrestaurant. Reall quality fish, ambiance is ok, but not great. Price-quality is great. Stick to the local food. Nice local wines and great service. Will recommend this place!

Nice restaurant with delicious fish and meat grilled on coals. Very special food experience in a less touristic part of Lissabon. Much more special than the restaurants around the big plazas. I would really advice this to everyone who goes to Lisbon!!

We were in Lisbon for a few days recently and this place had been recommended in a Guardian travel section. Glad we tracked it down. Excellent. Very much a neighbourhood restaurant. You know, the TV on in the corner and random locals wandering in and out exchanging a few words with the waiters and cooks. No fuss. Nothing fancy. Just... More

We had lunch here and it was great. Nice service, epic chicken, great ribs and tasty wine at fair prices.

We had a nice, traditional Portugese dinner here. My husband had the octopus and enjoyed it. I had the barbecued chicken. Very tasty. We also liked the bread and cheese that were served. Popular place in a little cluster of popular restaurants in Graca.

This place definitely belongs to the must-see gastronomy gems in Lisbon. Despite the fact that the restaurant does not attract much attention from the outside, please do not hesitate to come in to smell the taste of fresh fish and meat being prepared right in front of you. Hold you breath for a second and imagine what if...if you simply... More

Staying in Graca & Sao Vicente

Neighborhood Profile
Graca & Sao Vicente
You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.
