We had two pizzas which were very good and the restaurant is a romantic setting. We enjoyed the complimentary bruschetta, bread and olive oil. Although the staff were helpful during the meal, we felt rushed to leave at the end of the evening, as staff were dressing tables around us and having a planning meeting when there was still a... This is a very nice small Italian restaurant in Lisbon. Inside you will be able to sit either on the ground floor or upstairs. The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable. The service is definitely very good, the staff will help you to go through the Menu and make the right choice. The food is nice and refined. I had... More

Freshly made, delicious pasta and expertly prepared meats. We tried the black pig and the veal - both were fantastic! Savory and excellent wines and ports. Attentive yet not overbearing service. Warm and welcoming place. They also specialize in wood fired pizzas, which we were too full to try, but they looked delicious. Rui Sekar was our main server, and... More

It was the first time that we went to this restaurant and definitely won't be the last! Very cosy and well decorated, the staff is very friendly, efficient and always paying attention to details (Rui and Serac were wonderful waiters). And the food? Well the pasta is really fresh, amazing texture and tasty (we ate the chef's 3 pastas). The... More

After running around all day, my husband and I were exhausted but rallied to try this restaurant after reading reviews. We split the fig/mozz/posciutto appetizer and then shares the pesto pasta with prawns and meat lasagne. Pros: - cosy Italian restaurant that's larger than it appears! - phenomenal staff (our waiter was great) - varied menu with great options depending... More

I was fortunate to be staying at an apartment across the street from this excellent restaurant. On my first visit I had a shrimp, lettuce, cherry tomatoes & slices of parmessan cheese with olive oil dressing and top it with the osso bucco. The waiter Raphael asked me what kind of wine I liked. After my explanation, he brought a... More

I've been checking this restaurant out for many years but just never made it over. Finally we came for a mid day lunch. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff and having a cheese allergy doesn't sit well in an Italian establishment. No worry, I had the very tasty ragu with black pork with a beautiful thick tomato sauce. We also enjoyed the... More

What a great night at a small beautiful restaurant. The service from Rui was top notch from the minute we walked through the door. Two hours start to finish. Beautiful wine menu. Every dish prepared without a lot of love. Our party ordered the pasta and the veAl and the pizza all prepared to perfection. My veal tenderloin was as... More

Praise there is aplenty for Come Prima, one of Lisbons best-loved traditional Italian restaurants. Being a bit tucked away on Rua Olival, an easy walk from the romantic Tapada das Necessidades gardens, is part of the restaurants considerable charm. A reassuringly cosy atmosphere, lovely lighting, wooden tables and chairs and friendly staff - Come Prima hits all the right notes. Expect wonderfully simple Italian classics - tomato soup to tiramisu - freshly prepared with skill and care. Some diners have said the pasta and pizza are the best theyve ever had. Whats certain is Come Prima hand-make their pasta fresh, and bake their pizzas to perfection in a wood-fired oven. Nice wine list, too. Ask for a table upstairs where its cosiest.
