Tucked up a backstreet from one of Lisbon's main Squares (Moniz), this is a real treasure. I grew up with Goan friends so know what real Goan food is like. And this is it! Samosas packed with flavoursome pork, mint and coriander and a well...More

Cozy place with delicious Goa food. You're served by the owners and the food is absolutely divine. Good service and really well located.

I read how everyone was cautioning about the spice level. I found it to be very reasonable. It is a hole in the wall kind of place and worth looking for. I had vegan appetizer and s Dahl stew with rice. Everything was tasty. Downside...More

Down a little backstreet, worth finding though. Small restaurant with nice colourful decor, staff welcoming, friendly and attentive. Menu had authentic goan options and plenty of vegetarian options. Recommend the goan fish curry. For those used to English curries ask for spicier they will adjust...More

Had dinner here tonight, found the place with great difficulty! We had Goan fish curry, chicken xacuti, Goan sausages, rice and chapatis. For starters, we had bhajji which were very crisp and hot. All the dishes took us back to Goa, very delicious food. We...More

Very good. Reasonable prices but smaller portion sizes. Chose this one over other Goan ones in Lisbon, as they had crab curry on the menu and that is what I wanted. The other Goan restaurants didn’t. Verdict? Spicy!! I got a bit of a dodgy...More

We loved this tiny restaurant, which is tucked away in a side street near Martim Monez. The prawn samosas and chutneys were exceptional, as was the fish curry and the chicken xacuti. The place has a lovely atmosphere. You do need to book.

Firstly if you plan to visit book as this is a very compact little gem of a place. It is friendly and unpretentious with very good food. The dishes are spiced as was the case when we have visited Goa rather than hot which allows...More
