Good Italian Restaurant in the heart of Lisbon. Good dishes and fresh pizza. Very kind and helpful staff. You can make reservation and seat outside if you want.

A small cosy italian restaurant. Everything is prepared fresh at the moment you order it. Tasteful dishes. Very polite owner and service. We were very pleased to eat there.

We came here on recommendation and were not disappointed. We were going to the football and wanted an early meal but the restaurant was not open as it was 4.55and they did not open till 5.30. However the owner saw us and asked us in and gave us menus and looked after us. We shared a lovely pate and bread... More

After a long sight seeing day four hungry children asked for dinner. Pizza and pasta were okay, service very fast and gentle. Good value for money.

We booked table but took bit longer to find restaurant so we were 15 minutes late! Not a problem, lovely warm greeting. Great table overlooking road, windows open so on hot evening, nice breeze. Starters fungi on toast and carpaccio eresaola needed some more seasoning but black pepper and balsamic brought immediately. Mains lasagne and house special tagliatelle with king... More

Nice place with mediocre service. We all had pasta and it tasted good. Quit alright if you are in Lisbon centre and want some tasty pasta.

Went on a Sunday evening and apparently only just started to open Sunday's. The food was good but the place was empty. They put a nibbles tray for you to have or not very good to get a few extra euros out of you. It was ok however the balsamic in the oil was literally a drop and I had... More

We went on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was less than a third full. We has prawns to start, a tasty dish, large starter so we shared. I had spaghetti vongole and my husband had a sea food pasta dish. Neither were cooked enough. The garlic was very raw. My husband had to pick the lemon peel out of... More

Staying in Chiado & Carmo

Neighborhood Profile
Chiado & Carmo
The traditionally trendy "Chiado" (literally, "squeak", the nickname of a 16th century poet) offers plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars where you can stop for a cafe or cocktail, after exploring its streets, shops, art galleries, theaters, museums and viewpoints. It's also the home to the statue of the famous statue of portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa, having is usual espresso at "A Brasileira" as he used to. You can also enjoy breathtaking views of Lisbon from the Elevador de Santa Justa or the Carmo Convent, for example. A commercial neighborhood at its core, especially for its Garrett and Carmo streets, Chiado is to this day a mandatory visit in Lisbon.
