Perfectly cooked tuna, loved the sweet potato and spinach puree, peppers were fabulous. Quick service, very reasonably priced!

I only ordered one dish here which was the octopus with tomato rice but I was very surprised by how good it was. The flavour of the rice was spot on, it almost didn’t need the octopus.

Lisbon Time Out Market was absolutely heaving on a Sunday afternoon so, having managed to snag a couple of seats at one of the communal tables I restricted my search for food to those places reasonably close to our seats - so I didn’t have...to carry the food too far once the pager went off. This place looked good for quality & price and it didn’t disappoint. A sardinha fidalga (the day’s special at €7), a bolinho arroz at €9.50 (tasty and stayed piping hot) and a big salada alcachofr. for €10.80 made a nice meal for two. With two glasses of sparkling wine, we’ll chilled, it came to €35.30 before a tip. Great food & drink, great atmosphere, good value. I keep hearing a Time Out Market is coming to London in the old Waterloo Eurostar terminal- I hope it is as good as this.More

Among all the overpriced and glitzy offerings in the Time Out Market we were happy to find this. Real food. Great thick tomato soup and excellent sardine sandwiches on very good bread. We split a sandwich and the soup. We had a delicious meal for...10E!More

We had lunch at Miguel et Castro in the Time Out Market. It was splendid. A really fine piece of cooking. I was very impressed. It would be good to be able to have a longer lunch next time. Well worth trying. Remember, it gets...very busy in the market so the earlier you are there the better.More

Ordered the bacahlau with julienne potatoes and scrambled egg as it was recommended as a signature dish. Really disappointed unfortunately. Really under seasoned, probably as it was lacking in cod. The julienne were soggy. I’ve had amazing food in Lisbon but this was the only...disappointment.More

Gluten free options safe for celiacs. Lovely mains I went with the salad, egg and vegetables and loved it. To full for a dessert but will come back to try the chocolate cake for sure.

Time out is wonderful as a concept of food market! I hope that our greek "kapani" (in thessaloniki) will be alike :) But my experience in food testing was less than mediocre in 2 out of 5 dishes tasted. Tomatoe soup from #Miguel Castro was...fresh but as thick as the sauce we put in our pasta.. We tried fried potatoes they were delicious but then the tongue was filed with sticky oil :( Sandwitses with meet on a self service basis, cost 10€ and 12€ at #oprego da peixaria"!!! You don't say that it's a fair price.More

Cafe Miguel is a good booth in The Timeout Market. Preparation time was a bit long. Finally, the food was good. We tried Bacalhau and Francesinha.
