This art Neuve original is a favorite with locals and visitors. As in many European cafes, it has varying prices for outdoor, indoor, or standing prices.

Although it has a perfect location, everything else about this cafe is terrible: service was awful, food was badly prepeared, beer was frozen to ice and the toilets looks like a nightmaires..

I went there with my GF for coffee after I heard a lot about this cafe being the oldest in the city..all the hype I had died when the server took around 15-20 mins to come, especially since I was calling for them to come....More

Situated in a pedestrian street and frequented by tons of tourists. Nice look from outside and vintage decoration inside. Recommend to have a look, take a picture and.... have your coffee (with pastéis de nata) elsewhere. Overcrowded, dirty, no customercare, there are better places to...More

We waited for a while outside but no one said hello or thought of bringing the menu. So we decided to go inside. When I asked a waiter for a table he didn't even look at me and took out his phone to check his...More

Appalling service by teenage waiters who could not care less. Broken and filty toilets. How can anywhere be like this in the 21st century?

So I had read about this cafe and wanted to see the interior. I had also read about the rude staff, so I was prepared for anything. Our waiter actually was very nice and accommodating. However I could tell from the rest of the staff...More

"squeak", the nickname of a 16th century poet) offers
plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars where you can
stop for a cafe or cocktail, after exploring its
streets, shops, art galleries, theaters, museums and
