There on Garret Street, near Padaria A Brasileira, there is this beautiful pastry that fills your eyes with its wonderful sweets. We had to try some, they are really well prepared, delicious and beautiful. You can see that the main ingredient is eggs, like a...good Portuguese pastry, and it would only be even better if they were a little less sweet. I recommend Cornucopia, very good!More

Alcoa has a wonderful selection of tasty treats, making it difficult to choose which to have. I tried 3 and they were all delicious. Their Bolo Rei, the traditional Portuguese Christmas Cake was excellent, light and moist and very moreish, not dry at all. Just...looking in their window is a treat and staff are friendly and helpful.More

The best pastry shop in the world... you get fat just to look for the fantastic cakes there. All of them are really great, but my favorite still the "cornucopias". Staff very nice

In the 18th century there was a tradition to make pastries in the convents and liqueurs in the monasteries. This place continues that tradition making amazing conventual pastries. The base is eggs yolk and sugar. They are very rich but delicious

Amazing place to have a good dessert, tipically portuguese! Traditional flavours, with a nice service and a well placed in the trendy Lisbon downtown.

I am not fond of desserts but this Natas. I love to have when in Lisbon. I found this bakery Alcoa in Chiado area. I tried there cornucopias and Pastel de Nata. The Nata was excellent and worth the price.

Absolutely delicious - all 5 of the ones I tried. The Michelin starred restaurant around the corner recommended Alcoa, and they didn't disappoint. Super friendly employees as well.

As this divine pastry shop was right across the road from our apartment, we made too many visits there! The pastries taste as good as they look in the stunning window display. Nothing nicer than a fresh, warm Pastel de Nata and coffee to start...a day of exploring!More

Confectionery can be found in one of the ascending streets between Baixa Chiado and Largo do Chiado on a street corner. Very helpful staff. Had to try the Pastel de Natas and the chocolate filled boats. Both yummy and finish much too soon.
