Auga Pela Barba is popular restaurant with the local. Reservations are recommended because the restaurant quite small and fills up quickly. the menu is very interesting and I recommend you share in order to taste a little of everything on the menu.

I seldom give 5 points, but this is one of those times in which I do my hat off! Great restaurant with exquisite food. The dishes have this touch of Asian/South American/Mediterranean fusion cuisine. The service is also great. Since it is a small restaurant...that can get full quickly, I would highly recommend reserving before going.More

Went there to have dinner with my mum. The place was recommended by couple of my friends as a very good spot and I can just expand on their opinion! Firstly, obviously, the staff: friendly, hospitable, quick and polite! The restaurant itself is not fancy...but that’s what I loved about it. They clearly invest on food and incredients rather than fancy decor. Dishes were just mouth watering. They are small, tapas style, so it is all about sharing, but you can be sure, once you get there, you want to try as many of them as possible! Octopus probably was the top one for me! Also salmon starter - incredibly delicious!! We also ate fried fish tacos, bao with crab. Makes me hungry even remembering it!!!! Thanks guys and keep going.More

Excellent food in this very small restaurant, a" hole in the wall". Has been discovered by tourists but still worth a visit! Very good quality price ratio. Nice service. Reservations a must.
