This is a very nice restaurant. Service was really good, waiters were kind and gave us good advice for cocktails, food and wine. It's an Argentinian steakhouse, so go there if you want great meat. Nice atmosphere. Extensive wine menu. I would definitely return. It's a bit out of Lisbon center. Thanks to the staff who ran out in the... More

Excellent decoration, awesome pieces of meat, serving only matured meat (different kinds). Everything is different on this steakhouse. I mean it! If you want a comfortable steak, different wine & deserts, this place is for you!

Love this restaurant, great for special occasion or special guest. The room is big so I have enough space for our table and don't listen other tables conversations. The food is perfect, special the meat but the Chef always give some advices for special plates and the other workers and very friendly and discreetly. This place has good and positive... More

First of all, this is an expensive restaurant, at least for Portuguese standards. If you have a bottle of wine (and you should, they have a great wine list) you will probably spend around 40 to 50 euros per person. That being said... It's a great restaurant, the decoration is perfect, and so is the music, the service and... yes,... More

This was the second time I went to Volver. The 1st one, still with the stamp of Chakal, was already pretty good, but now with their meat and wine selection, they took the restaurant to a whole new level. Highly recommended

Fantastic décor (quite captivating!) The maturated meat is superb and the siders too (although we asked for sweet potatoes and it was served with mixed potatoes - we'd rather have had just the sweet potatoes and if they were sweet potato chips, it would have been even better!) The desserts are too sweet! All in all it is a great... More

The wait for the food was very short, we just started our cocktails and the food was already served. I had the wagyu beef, but I really doubt it was the real thing. It tasted more like a normal steak, still good, but not wagyu quality.

We went there for lunch, based on other Trip Advisor reviews, and were most pleased with our food. Great meat, great service. We had a very exotic smoked cheese cake dessert with caramelised beetroot chips which was quite a surprise! Our meal for two, with wine, cost just 49 euros. We took a taxi, but it is very close walk... More

I went to the restaurant for a diner and first was very surprised with decorations. Very tasteful, modern and most of all cosy! The food was amazing with several flavor meticulously combined in each dish! A very good surprise.

"Improbable" is the motto of Volver Meat Y Soul, with a challenging mix between Argentina and Portugal. With a sober but relaxed decor, the restaurant VOLVER is known for the quality of the aged beef (20 and 40 days) for the desserts signed by Joaquim Sousa, for the irreverent proposals, for the "caliente" nights of Tango and for the the main passion: to involve all those who visit the place in a complete experience. With João Oliveira, as new chief executive, VOLVER is a place where Argentina and Portugal blend improbably. Portugal is not only "fish and fado" and Argentina is not only "meat and tango". These are unique cultures and cuisines, and their mixture results in a unique melody that Volver plays fiercely. An unpretentious food restaurant that likes to make a difference, to create, innovate and dazzle all the visitors with its own Soul.
