Everything tasted amazing, you can tell that the food is just really good quality. Even the simple beans in tomato sauce tasted nicer than the ones you get in English pubs. Our Waiter was really helpful and kind too.
We were seated as soon as we arrived which was a pleasant surprise as we had expected to have to wait. The menu is pretty extensive, there is something for everyone and the coffees are great. The staff were all friendly and helpful and there...was a great atmosphere.
The food was reasonably priced, good portion sizes and tasted great (I recommend sharing a side of blueberry pancakes if you have space left after your mains)!
The Mill is worth a visit!More

We ate at The Mill about three times while we were in Lisbon. It's a cafe with a difference and is clearly very popular (we saw people queuing to get a table on one occasion). The blueberry pancakes were a definite favourite. There is a...long share table down the middle of the room as well as a number of separate tables. Best to go early and if you're going to order the pancakes, be prepared for a bit of a wait. But they're worth it.More
We found this place by coincidence, our original destination was closed for vacation, but what a great coincidence! The Mill is an Australian concept breakfast cafe. The service was very friendly and prompt, the food was excellent. I personally had the Melbourne, a poached egg...and mashed avocado on sourdough bread, simply delicious and cooked perfectly! The best thing I had there was the blueberry pancakes with mascarpone cheese! OMG! Incredible, I felt like I was eating a cloud, they were soooo light and fluffy, and the mascarpone was the best accompaniment to complement them! Great job guys, can’t wait to go back again!More

If your main purpose is to relax and enjoy your coffee then forget about this place. Maybe the coffee is good as they say, but having to wait in the queue for half an hour just to have some coffee which would take me 15...min. to drink, is not my cup of tea. Noisy and cramped with tourists and expats. There are plenty of other coffee shops nearby.More
