This was one of the busier Hard Rocks we have been to which is good- we like the atmosphere. Food was exactly what you would expect from a HRC and can’t complain. Really good service too.

The Hard Rock is has the Hard Rock does. Although one of the smaller cafes, one of the better ones. A few more memorabilia wouldn't go a miss.

They seem to get Unity which is good. Waiter was nice, wish I wrote down his name. We were there on September 13th, evening. They have a coin machine which is cool. Rock shop staff friendly enough. There is a security guard, he means business....:-). We shopped and then went back to use the restroom but it was all good.More

It was quiet, not a single thing done for my birthday there. Simple , food average and not a great experience compared with sooo many Hard Rock Cafe experiences I have had in the USA, Australia, Italy, Asia and so on! Get a grip hard...rock, very disappointing indeed!More

Been to many Hard Rock Cafe’s all over the world Lisbon did not disappoint it was of a high standard nice table up stairs food was good and the staff very attentive.

This was a pre booked birthday dinner- I put notes in the reservation to say it was a birthday- it was ignored completely. We asked to be seated upstairs and were lied to that all seats were reserved it taken there. When the waiter eventually...told the truth and say us there- there were many seats free for two hours- then the waitress took my husband’s starter away as he was eating it and sat down his main- as it was ‘already in her hand’!! The manager gave us a round of drinks to apologise but still it cost 90 euros and there was no acknowledgment of his special day- not the usual hard rock service- will not return as no personal touches and lied to our faces- disappointed.More

We attended on 25/8/23 for lunch after a city tour. We were 2 adults and a teenager. On arrival we were greeted and taken to a table on the raised platform by the indoor Hard rock sign. A good table for looking around and photos...near the sign. Our waiter introduced himself and quickly got our drinks and took our orders. Drinks were nice and cold and burgers cooked exactly as we asked. Cannot fault the place at all. And of course we "got the T shirt" on the way out. Appologies for not remembering our servers name but he was a credit to the cafe. If I return to Lisbon i'd definately eat here againMore

Came here with my parents to have a drink and also to enjoy the music. Because I’m part of the Hard Rock was one of the reasons that I wanted to visit the place. We where located to have a seat on the stage and...the service was excellent. Would definitely come back again!More

I tried to visit a Hard Rock Cafe when I visit a new city. This place was situated slightly away from the main thoroughfare. Quickly shown to a seat and served nicely and promptly. They had a good menu with Portuguese options as well. I...had a milkshake, lemonade, burger and cheesy chips All were served very quickly and very delicious. Good atmosphere with sport on the main screen.More

This location looks rockin' awesome with the car hanging in wall. Staff was nice. Waiting time was okay. We would come back if we are again to Lisboa

Evening started well, ordered drinks at the bar whilst waiting on table which we booked for 9pm as out with my 11yr old daughter. Bar service slow as two workers covering drinks for the whole restaurant but they were lovely and understandable the time it...took, as under staffed. Got took to our table at 9pm, I asked could I also see the childrens menu. To be questioned about the age of my daughter, server was so rude! I was advised only children under 10 could eat as a child? Hard Rock therefore are not family friendly! Ordered off the main menu for everyone, food eventually arrived 10pm, took 1 hour!! The starter we ordered didn’t arrive, totally missed along with drinks. My main Chicken burger, meat over cooked hard and dry, awful. We ate and left, so many nicer restaurants in Lisbon. Don’t waste your money or time.More

This restaurant was conveniently located within a short walk of our hotel. Yes the food and drinks were pretty typical of the Hard Rock chain. The interior was extremely nice and spacious. Good service. Highly recommended if you are a Hard Rock fan.
