Good Italian pizza, but a bit too expensive. Easily ordered by phone and easy pick up in 35 minutes.

This is a simple but high quality pizza restaurant. It has all the requisite ingredients for good pizza: a real wood fired pizza oven, a multi generational Italian family running the place, really fresh ingredients and a good dose of Italian histrionics and chaos. To...be fair, we didn’t have a reservation and they made space for us inside. They also seemed to have a lot of carry out / home delivery service orders to fulfil as well as the restaurant’s seated customers. It took nearly 50 minutes for our pizza to arrive and starters are limited. The whole menu is pizza focussed, there are no pasta or other Italian dishes but then this degree of specialisation is fine by me - an orthopaedic surgeon won’t be replacing your heart valve. The pizza itself was superb, we went for the San Danielle ham topping. It was moist with a crispy base and you could tell the quality of the ingredients was top notch. Definitely the pest pizza I’ve had in the Cascais / Estoril area. In between nervous breakdowns the staff are friendly and helpful and explain the large choice of pizza toppings to their guests. It’s quite expensive (for pizza) but worth it. The restaurant is small inside and only has a few outside tables so booking is advised. It’s not fast food, it’s good food made with genuine passion and care. I would go back, just not if I was due at the airport afterwards...More

It is a very small place where the owners are the workers. It is no sophisticated and the price is above average. BUT the pizzas are really extremely good. Unfortunately I do not remember the one I chose in the first time I visited, but...I put that pizza in my top 5 for sure. It pays off. Mandatory visit for visitors of Cascais that appreciate pizzas.More

You're on vacation and if you have the time, this is a terrific option in Cascais. It's family run and there's only a few tables. When you finish your meal,, you'll be delighted you came here. Definitely recommend it to friends.

Pizzas were lovely, the space is very small so you have to be comfy bumping elbows with the next table! It was very busy - a testament to how popular the place is! Due to this the wait time for the pizza was a bit...long, but very delicious and the waitress was lovely.More

We have eaten at Lambrettazzurra a couple of times and it has never disappointed. Its a tiny little eatery - very cosy and you virtually rub shoulders with the tables next to you, but its so worth it for proper authentic pizzas the real italian...deal. Perfect light and crispy bases with the freshest of toppings. Fabulous Pinot Grigio Blush Rosé on offer. Get there early if you don't reserve a table as it fills up really fast.More

Waited almost 30min to order and then 1hour for our food, it’s all fresh and handmade at the moment, but these are pizzas, it shouldn’t take this long. Quite expensive for this kind of service. The food was good tho

Went to Lambrettazzurra on the recommendation of an older lady that we meet up the street. She said that if we were looking for Italian Pizza that this would be the place to go. Pizza and the atmosphere was fantastic. If you know what Italian...pizza is supposed to be then you will love this place. Family owned and you can tell the passion that the father has for creating his art on a pizza. We also had the Panna Cotta and my son swears that it is the best Panna Cotta that he has ever had. I would highly recommend. Small restaurant is the only draw back.More

Found a review on TimeOut magazine and fancied pizza so though we would give it a try. This is a great little place, but be warned though, it is busy and cramped- but that all adds to the charm. This place is a victim of...its own success, we tried to get a table at 8.30pm on a Tuesday and were told atleast an hour wait. We had a walk and a drink then came back. The pizzas were fantastic (newly installed pizza oven May 2019). The 24hour proved dough had a good depth of flavour, true artisan pizza with care and attention given to the fresh ingredients. Prices were reasonable, a lot of comments about being expensive- we had a beer, glass of wine, bottle of sparkling water, bottle of wine, 2 pizzas and a dessert for €70. If you want cheap pizza go to a fast food place, this is good quality pizza, with home made dough, a proper pizza oven and fresh ingredients. Once it had quietened down (11pm) the waitress had time to talk to us, it transpires she is the daughter of the chef, her brother was also working that night and sometimes her mother. Clearly a passionate and talented family. Well worth a visit if you want a good pizza, but definitely book in advance!More
