Having felt a little peckish we stopped at Maritimo for lunch. We ordered Tuna Steak not quite knowing what it would be served with. The steak was the size of the steak plate and served with salad and a seaweed ‘dish’ ... all very tasty...More
Nice honest little restaurant whic serves good tasty food. Sea bass was cooked to perfection and staff were polite and friendly. Would recomend.
The fava bean salad was colourless, sour, and soggy. The Madeira wine was a stale glassful of sediment. The local beer has a typical home brew taste. Not nice people, very unhelpful. We wanted to try two local or popular dishes along with local beer,...More
Awsesome food, awesome attention, the owner is wonderful. Feta cheese salad with Yogurt is great and fresh food grilled the most. Unlucky we could not eat sardines. Place is great....highly recomendable
Had lunch. Sat out in the sun on the plaza. This used to be Rosa’s and is still under the same ownership and management and remains excellent. We had clams with spaghetti and mussels with spaghetti, delicious and the pasta was perfectly al dente. Started...More

The table settings are bright and cheerful at this family run restaurant off the main square. The food is well presented, fresh and reasonably priced. We can thoroughly recommend and find it difficult to imagine the service not being friendly.
Food was delicious (I took sea bass). Service was good, place was clean, tidy and quaint. Would definitely recommend. I will most certainly revisit.
My wife and I have visited this restaurant over several years whilst in Cascais. It is consistently good, brilliant fresh salads for lunch, great coffee and first class service from Sonia and her team.
