One of my top 5 WORST restaurant experiences! And here is why: - First of all, it took at least 20 minutes for us (two persons) to get our drinks. My friend ordered a glass of red wine but got a glass of white EVEN...THOUGH there were only to other tables that were taken. - We both ordered saffron, shrimp pasta that was extremely overcooked, served with potatoes in it and we only got 2 shrimps each and the dish cost 16 euro/person. Further on, the dish did not have any taste at all. Saffron pasta? More like tasteless pasta. - When I asked if we could pay, one of the waiters said "no problem". After 10 minutes I asked the other waiter and he did not know we wanted to pay. The waiter I asked the first obviously didn't care about that we wanted to pay and hadn't communicated that to his colleague. I mean, how hard can it be? Two waiters for three tables, it should not be that complicated. I have worked for a couple of years at several restaurants, and I know that it is not that hard to serve a good meal with the service the guests deserve! I mean, the guest pays the salary. Very unprofessional...More

Hesitated between a 3 and a 4. Good restaurant. Attentive service. A little expensive but ok. Fish in salt good, although I have had much better. Well served though. We although had chance to try Portuguese stew. Excellent. So overall, better than average although not...quite a 4. Would return though.More

If you want nice and fresh seafood or a grilled fish, then you have to go to "Fora de Pé". But if you want meat, iust taste their steak, it's really very good. You will be very well received and will enjoy your meal inside...or outside!More

We wanted to have a nicer diner with fish, so we came here. First I got the wrong drink, after telling the waitress she just rolled her eyes at us and seemed very angry and annoyed - after that she was also watching us with...an angry look on her face and talked to her colleagues at the bar while still looking at us. When our food came there was a hair on the salad. Just go somewhere else - the food is overpriced and the service was really bad. We didn’t feel welcomed at all and couldn’t enjoy the food.More

A fine lunch here, plenty of staff serving, tasty fish and good wine. Very good, and I can recommend.

This place is on a very picturesque street leading from Cascais town to the sea with lots of atmosphere so we were really looking forward to eating there. The head waiter was charming and really helpful but other staff were pretty useless- starter and main...course arrived almost together! Lovely wine as well as food and will be a true gem once service sorted.More

Food great. Really enjoyed it. Let down by poor service as there seemed to only one man waiting on tables as others didn’t seem interested. I did enjoy the Portuguese humour of leaving ketchup on the coffee saucer (see photo).

Don’t mind to pay much money, if the food and service is worth it. Here it is not, some of the food taste quite well, and some not, the mussels felt like rubber, however the crayfish and crabs were good. The service wasn’t good either,...not a lot of people, but it seems the waiters were day-dreaming all night, don’t know. But they didn’t have time for serving us anywayMore

Hi, They don't have a dresscode. We went smart casual, some of the guests especially on the terrace were casual. Enjoy the dinner! 👍🏼
