A group of us stopped for dinner one night as it was highly recommended. We ordered the sampler for the table and a large bottle of wine. The food was good and the experience was fantastic. We had fun and sampled some delicious food.

It was a great experience. The first thing that shocked us was the great treatment received from the waiter, Sergio. So friendly, so active, so respectful. He recommend us a typical group of meats from the country and the great “Alcatra”. We finished with an...incredible dessert, also recommended for Sergio. It was everything delicious. This restaurant is a MUST. If you are in Terceira, you have to comeMore

My husband and I were there 3x in the 3 weeks there in Terceira. We love the food, which is reasonable and delicious! The ambiance is relaxed with old world feeling. The staff are very attentive in this small eating place, with great food and...wine & desserts, including authentic Alcatra, steaks and fresh baked bread made on Fridays, which we got to enjoy before heading back home to U.S. Only 10 minutes from our home in Doze Ribeiras when on vacation.More

We stopped at Ti Choa for lunch on our tour of the interior of the island with North38. Our guide insisted this was the best Alcatra on the island outside of his mother's. I admit this is the only Alcatra we had and it was...delicious. The meat was so tender and the gravy needed to be soaked up with bread. We also shared a sampler of sausages and although the blood sausage doesn't sound appetizing it was delicious. Our waiter spoke perfect English and was happy to recommend a local white wine as well as the sweet vinegar for dessert. This also doesn't sound appetizing but was one of the best desserts we've had.More

Out of town little gem. We enjoyed our meal consisting of sausages to start, followed by alcantra for two. They add cinnamon to this dish which we later learned is rather unconventional. Loved how the meat was seared on one side and it was extremely...tender. We had the dessert with vinegar which was very unusual and tasty. The 5 rating is due in part to the outstanding service!More

We decided to roll the dice and show up without reservations.....they had one table available for two so we got lucky....so make reservations. The service is outstanding and the food is rich and delicious....I love blood pudding and have never had any that tasted as...good as this (sorry Ireland....there's is a superior product). This is a great lunch or dinner spot and not to be missed if you are on the island.More

We were visiting this restaurant as a part of a big group. It was preordered several dishes from the menu. It all tasted good but some better than the other. But i can recommend this place.

Our tour guide ordered for us so we never saw a menu. However, we did have some rice and potatoes with our meal.

Yes they have a menu They have great bread, different cheeses and what seems to be homemade jams that could serve as vegetarian. Finish with excellent desert. I saw the traditional island sampler and dove into it. Best... More
