When we arrived there were no tables available so they took a reservation to come in 1h. After 1h there were lass people but we waited for 40 minutes and noone has taken our order even! We had to leave in order to have our...dinner somewhere with customer service. I cannot imagine how long it takes to get the food. I strongly do not recommend, even though we didn't even try the food.More

The place is lovely. There is great patio full of plants. The food was delicious, staff very helpful, prices on the medium range, but the quality was worth the price.

Delicious food, insane dishes, flavors. I recommend it with all my heart. A must-eat in Faro! I tried wild prawna with garlic and brandy, octopus with sweet tomato puree, tomato rice, homemade mackerel spread. Insane taste!

Wonderful. Food, drinks, location & table service were all equally wonderful. The tables out in the back are the perfect spot for a nice lunch or dinner with someone special. The music is a nice touch.

The worst food in the Algarve in our experience. We had excellent food everywhere except here. Almost inedible and a total rip off! I head cod fritters from the limited menu and they were oily, under cooked and very little cod. I ate very little...of it and I’m not very fussy! I ordered a salad which was miniscule by Portuguese, normally generous, standards. Very poor indeed. Please avoid if you don’t want to nat your impression of beautiful Portugal. It was such a shame as it was our last day:(More

My fiancé and I love this restaurant, we’ve been a dozen times. Excellent food, extremely good value and great service. I can’t understand why anyone would leave a bad review. The chef possibly owns the restaurant as he’s always there and extremely welcoming.

Hidden in the corner this unassuming restaurant packs a punch. Gorgeous terrace seating and amazing Portugese food. Glad we found this place for our visit to Lagos.

It started well. The waitress was pleasant and took my order quickly (I was the only one in, so no surprise really!). I chose pigs cheeks as I'd read great reviews and I also ordered home made sweet potato chips (not cheap at €3.50). The...pork dish arrived but I was told the chef had made a mistake with the order and my chips would be along soon. I asked if they would keep the pork warm in the meantime. It was taken away but was reproduced cold along with the chips. Beware! The chips are like English crisps and not chips as we know them. The pigs cheeks were tasty but would have been better warm. I ordered "mom's honey cake" which was pleasant enough but expensive for what it was. After asking for the bill, I eventually had to go to the counter to remind them. TA doesn't normally let me down but all in all, this was a disappointing experience and I definitely wouldn't go back.More

Hi JaB Thank you for your review it was quite accurate and honest, I just don’t understand what you didn’t really like to rate us as bad. Cheeks tasty, cake pleasant, review bad. Bit confusing right? Oh, and there’s something you should try sometime, if...More

It's not a big street, but there were some parking spaces nerby. Might be quite difficult during high season.
