I enjoyed very much the pork fillet stuffed with figs. My husband had the fish of the day. Both delicious. We ate there twice during our nine day holiday in the town. We chose to eat inside in the evening as it was cooler.

A lovely meal with great service. The menu was in a variety of languages and the ingredients of the dishes well explained. The service was friendly and helpful with the waitress happily explaining to us about the local cheese which came with the bread. It was different the wait was not short. I had the burger special there was a poor meat to bun ratio. The home made chips and salad was quite greasy but had good flavours over all a solid 6.5/10 probably will not be coming back...but not the worstMore

The waiter was rude. The seabass was given to us with all the bones in. No offer to fillet it. None of the starter plates were cleared before the main arrived and were still on the table when we were leaving. I've never felt less...welcome at a restaurant.More

Food was pretty good. They had a good variety of local items that are not on all menus! Pork cataplana with clams was pretty good, but pork wasn’t the freshest. Flaming chorizo app was great!

The food was nice, I had sea bream grilled and my wife had salmon both meals were tasty however service was too slow. Took age to order the converts took similar time mains not much better. It was busy and don't mind waiting but this...was excessive.More

Loved the amount of options on this menu, and I was able to get steak as it was so affordable, normally steak is far too expensive. The portions were massive and well worth the price we paid. Fully intend to come back when I return...in the summer!More

Having been here previously and had meat dishes (which were delicious) we decided on a change. We had a wild sea bass between the two of us. We both agreed it was the best we have ever had and we've had a few! Meaty and...moist and large enough that each fillet made a full main course.More

You have to try this family owned Portuguese restaurant. We had the bread and garlic mayo to start - was proper sourdough fresh bread and home made mayo. My husband had Portuguese eggs - you have to try this - it is amazing! Our friends...had the home smoked salmon salad - which was very tasty. We had the black pig (cured gammon) salads with a side of tomato salad - again lovely. Great for lunchtime snack or evening meals with fresh fish available for full meal.More
