When am i going to STOP trying to find a decent Mexican restaurant? Tacos al pastor with dry, flavorless cubes of bright pink meat, cold tortillas straight out of the bag, and some limp onions. bleh. Husband ordered the enchilada plate, supposedly 3 varieties, if...it weren't for the color of the topping, they all tasted the same. dull. Hot sauce was weak, sweet flavored. Pico de gallo was also unimpressive.More

Food was delicious and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Simple food with lots of flavor. Can't wait to go back, hopefully soon.

Just wow. we had been disappointed and tired of C.R. fare, so we were a bit reluctant to try Mexican fare here. We were glad that we took the leap of faith bc we were very pleasantly surprised. we tend to think of ourselves as...Mexican food aficionados and hard-to-please therewith, so kudos to the cooks! reasonable prices to boot. Love, love, love!More

Excellent mix of Mexican favorites representing most varieties of cuisines. The menu has rellenos, tacos, burritos, enchiladas and a good selection of MX beers and tequilas. The decor is a mix of Mexican influences and sports bar. Lots of TVs and the music is at...a reasonable volume.More

We came here twice while on vacation because the first time we all really enjoyed our food and the service. There were 19 of us and they catered to us with a smile and in a very professional way.

This was our last meal out in Costa Rica before heading home, so we Tripadvisored some nice places and all agreed on some Mexican. It wasn't where I expected it to be, it was in a shopping mall not somewhere I would usually gravitate to,...but I was one of 6 so went along with the crowd as I was starving. Our waiter met us as we walked in and with a huge smile showed us to our table. We ordered some beers and cocktails all round and settled in for what was to be a great evening. The booze flowed, the waiter brought us some nibbly bits and I have a great main course which I can't remember the name of but it was great, spicy and loads of it. Really good quality and plenty of it. This is a nice place to be, go and enjoy some really good cooking and some great people who enjoy making sure you'll have a great time.More

The meals at this restaurant are really good (a few years ago we lived in Mexico for a year so we know what the Mexican food tastes like). We stayed at the Hyatt next door and went twice to this restaurant. "Chile relleno" was amazing,...so were the "Enchiladas". The staff was attentive and we never waited long for meals. Highly recommended!More
