Headed to Bones after our previous reservation fell through, and we were not disappointed. I hesitated between the spicy and the sweet ribs and decided for the sweet. They were delicious! A caramelized sweet sauce over spicy ribs so it was perfect for me. They...were juicy and tasty as hell. The size was already quite big but I had a second serving ( they are all you can eat)! The baked potato was a bit of a calorie bomb, some whipped spiced butter mix was plopped over it. Tasty but a bit excessive in my opinion. My husband had he spicy ones, he liked them too but said they needed the sauce as they were a bit dry. There was only one waiter, probably due to Covid, but we received good and rather fast service. The only minus was that the plastic menu we were given was washed in a hurry and not properly cleaned.More

We had dinner on the restaurant after a show in the local theater, everything was going well till we have to pay. We were about to pay with card and the owner was disrespectful with us, had bad manners just because we tried to pay...him with cash. At last we paid but we will not come back.More

8 coworkers had dinner. Nice food, nice waiters... BUT WHEN WE WENT TO PAY the owner was very impolite and even shouted at us (yes, LITERALLY SHOUTED). The reason was we wanted to pay separately. He wouldn't let us explain. Finally he changed his mind,...suddenly (yes, very crazy) and accepted separate payment. A very, very bad ending for the night. Will not come back.More

I came here hoping to find the best ribs ever (in comparison to Mozart, Amadeus or gekroonde hoofden) served with tasty potatoes with the best butter. The ribs were of superior quality to the competition, however the flavors were not up to the same levels...(for me personally). I think it is a question of personalnpreference but I like my sauces to really be thick and lucious and stick to the meat. The sauce here, while good in flavor, was just too runny and watery for my preference. The butter inside the potato was not really my cup of tea, but one cannot argue over personal preferenfes and tastes. The serves was good and the place was cozy and obviously very popular.More

Absolutely stunning ribs. You must have the dry ones. The mash potato comes with sh*t loads sauce. Also a beautiful cream Cajun sauce for the ribs.

The worst customer service I have experienced! Firstly, we had a reservation and he was so rude when we turned up to confirm our table. We asked for an English menu and he stormed off then told us to get out of the restaurant. A...disgusting man. Wish I could have tried the food but he was a disgrace. If I could give zero I would have...clown of a manMore

We had a great time with our group of friends. The food was very good and the service was even better! Maximiliaan was a great guy! My friend was disappointed he didn't get his number though, but he made the evening so much better! I'll...definitely come to this place again!More

Anyone who posted a score below 4 stars for this restaurant must have sustained a head injury and CTE has nestled in warping all rational thoughts! Ok, possibly a bit hyperbolic, but the food here was incredible. Both the dry and the saucy ribs were...equally delicious and tender but the “crowd pleaser” has to be the jacket potato. These tubers have descended from an ethereal plain and are coated in angels tears. The curry butter sauce was a culinary masterpiece and I think enriches Bruges by existing!! It’s pretty good! Staff were friendly and attentive and there’s a barrel of red wine on the table for immediate consumption. Not sure what else you want?!? If you like ribs and irresistible jacket potatoes I would recommend highly!More
