Piere francesco amazing waiter. We have traveled all over the world and have never met such a hard working attentive amazing waiter in all our lives. Originally came for the typical 'Irish one'... Ended up being multiple drinks and a full dinner followed by multiple more drinks. Piere was so welcoming and accomading in every possible way. Piere served us from about 5pm till 1:30 approx. He was the politest and most attentive member of staff that has ever served us us in the world (we travel a lot). Couldn't recommend this pub enough for the service which piere provided. Couldn't say enough good things about this vanue, food, drinks and speaking for six of us PIERE! Fabulous!!

An absolute must for anybody visiting Brugge. The vast array of drink and traditional pub food is up there with the best establishments in the city. A top class public house where everybody & every dog is welcome. The staff are not only a credit to the management, but are exceptionally welcoming and willing to accommodate all your specific needs. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed

Went visited Bruges for 1-day While stopping at Brussels, the Delaney's Irish Pub & Restaurant Restaurant is in a quiet corner of Bruges
This was an absolutely fantastic place with a large selection of beers and a great atmosphere and décor.
The food was simple but good we thoroughly enjoyed my time there, the prices are reasonable and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were all very welcoming and accommodating.
If you ever visit Budges you must pop into this pub

We waited for more than an hour for our food and I heard all the other customers complaining about too waiting hours too. The food was okay but very very simple. I ordered a Caesar salad and I only got lettuce with a filet of chicken, nothing else. At the end of our meal we orders two decaf coffees but we are both very sure that we got normal coffees: this is unacceptable. We didn’t get to sleep the following night. And I can’t understand that no one in the establishment speaks Dutch. This too is unacceptable!

Got the new guy as a waiter. He incredibly managed to screw up: cutlery, placemats, served a burger without fries (we found out they served them to the wrong table after an hour, and never actually got them), gave the wrong size drink, entirely forgot about an entire meal and I’m probably forgetting half the screwups. Please train your new waiters and dont leave them all alone on their first day.
Probably the worst service I have ever received in any restaurant, including McDonalds.
Oh and we also wanted to order 3 guinness pies and were told they weren’t available. 20mins later the gentleman next to us was served.. a guinness pie! Waitress explained they were told it wasnt available and then suddenly it was. Interesting management.
Food was actually fantastic and the only reason I am giving a 2/5 rating. The service cannot even fit on a 0 to 5 scale.
We got offered a 10% discount which barely made up our missing food and drink screwup (lol). We also wanted to split the bill and since it was xx.15 they asked if they could round it UP to xx.20 instead of down :’) its 5 cents but jesus christ come on..

We used to love coming here & recommended to friends,,,, Disaster, now new owners & staff rude (swearing about other diners & management - so embarrassing). Waited ages for menu (we got it ourselves) then trying to order was a nightmare as disgruntled staff ignored us… eventually we ordered food (45 mins later) and then waited another 45 mins for 2 steaks. The black pepper pot delivered had expiry date 2015! I am given to understand there was an auction ongoing for the restaurant whilst we were there!! Staff were saying that people were complaining about delays to their food & leaving - staff thought this funny & requests to speak to manager rejected. Staff swearing ‘f**ck’ word used prolifically. Ruined evening for us & amend my previous highly recommended to ‘avoid’.

Tucked away in a corner of Burg across from the Basilica of the Holy Blood, this pub is clearly a popular place to eat at. We wanted a snack'y type lunch and having had Croque Monsieurs elsewhere the day before, couldn't believe that a sharing platter of Ribs, Chicken pieces, Calmari, Onion rings, small Sausages, Cheese croquettes and Potato wedges came to less than the previous day - sheer value and very tasty! Sitting outside, the service was attentive but not intrusive, so all-in-all a really good venue and we will definitely use it again.

Myself & partner booked a table for 6 pm on Monday 5th 2022 by the window. The restaurant opened at 6 pm so we were the first people inside. We ordered 2 beers and sat down at our table. After waiting for 15 mins no one had taken our order so I had to ask one of the waiters if they could please take our orders. I ordered Salmon and swapped it for chips instead of the mash that it came with. My partner ordered steak and potatoes. My partner had to call the waiter back to tell him how she liked her steak as he never asked. Also to note he didn’t write the order down either. He kept it in his head….
The bar started to get more people inside and to our surprise, some meals started to come out to people who came in long after us. After 20 mins we ordered more drinks and we just waited patiently. More and more folk were now eating but not us. This carried on until I got fed up and lost my patience. The time was now 7 pm. This was a full hour of waiting since we first sat down!!!
I called the waiter over and asked where our food is. He said he will check. After 5 mins he came over to our table and said there has been a mistake made by the restaurant. Apparently, another 2 people ordered the exact same order as us and they received their meal which was apparently ours. (Not sure how that makes sense) anyway, this was the excuse given to us, basically saying our meals were sent out to 2 people who ordered the same meal. It is worth noting no duplicate meal was sent out either so someone would never have received their meals….hmmmmm
We were not charged for the 2nd drink…they offered to make us the food now and we asked are we expected to pay if we stay. Of course, came the reply. If you eat the food, you have to pay for it. So, we left. This resulted in a mad rush to find somewhere last minute to eat elsewhere.
If I could give this place a zero I would!!! Service is terrible!

Fab Irish pub!!! I know... ...we usually avoid Irish pubs when we're away but we wanted to see the Irish rugby match- 6 Nations. There's a great menu too- I had smoked salmon on brown bread my partner had cottage pie both were really tasty. Service was excellent- the Guinness was good. A mix of Irish and Belgium bar staff really friendly. Overall a great venue

My husband and I have been visiting this venue in its various guises over the years and have predominantly enjoyed it. Until this evening. We arrived at approximately 19.30 and found a table. Menus were brought to us. We then had to ask about ordering food as nobody returned to take our order. Someone eventually came to take our order. Drinks arrived quickly. After 45 minutes we asked about our food as folk ordering after us were receiving their food before us. We were told an error had been made and our food would arrive within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later no food. The waiter admitted he had made a mistake that the issue was with the kitchen and there was nothing he could do about it. No apology. We finished drinks and said we weren't prepared to wait any longer -even though he tried telling,long ys we had only waited 55 minutes How long does it take to cook 2 burgers and chips?

The food was uninspired, and one of the dishes (the vegetarian curry) had been heated in a microwave so the plate was hot but the curry (which looked more like soup) was cold. We didn't complain or make a fuss, just asked if it could be put back in the microwave for a few more minutes. The waiter took it away and it never came back, despite a query about it. When the rest of us had finished our meals the person who had ordered it went and told them not to bother. The waiter apologised but there was no meal and no offer of a drink on the house, a discount or anything that might show real concern. It was early in the evening and there weren't many diners at that stage. Also, the place had an awful smell like bad drains which almost lent credence to the restaurant's claim that they only offered bottled water because the tap water was no good - except that around the corner at our hotel the tap water is fine. Don't bother going - it's not particularly cheerful or friendly, the food is ordinary but expensive and they're just not very professional.

We're sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience at our Restaurant.We apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort that may have caused.
We have spoken with our staff and are taking steps to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
As far as we know, your 17€ vegan curry was deducted from your bill. You are offered anything from the house but you strongly declined. and I understand your frustrations.
The day that youre in our restaurant is the day that we had a half day drainage maintenance, the smell is something we have no control over.
Tap water is not everywhere applicable, it may be served from your hotel but we dont have the same water filter everywhere.
We understand how frustrating this can be and we apologize for any inconvenience. I hope somehow you had a great day in Bruges. Thank you for taking your time to leave us a feedback, we will surely do better next time. Have a great day!

Phenomenal experience. Top notch food, atmosphere, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Have been here multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. Can’t wait to get back again 👏

We had a wonderful NYE here at Delaney’s. After an unavoidable issue in the kitchen leading to a slight delay, the staff handled the situation amazingly, we had an amazing time and enjoyed just relaxing in a lovely atmosphere, we were upstairs in the reserved section and had the table the whole night. We left to watch the drone display at around half 11 and came straight back afterwards, obviously other people felt the same hospitality as a few people we had engaged with upstairs were in the bar downstairs still. Amazing staff, really nice food (even for picky eaters), made our night so special, thanks.

We were a party of 10, told we had our table for the evening. Some of our party were ready to eat straight away, so they ordered their food. Despite numerous requests, the earlier orders were eventually delivered with the rest of the groups meals. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered fish & chips with mushy peas, arrived without mushy peas. Another 2 in our group ordered rib eye steaks, only one received a rib eye steak, the other received a regular steak. When we came to pay, we wanted to pay per couple, Craig our waiter got stroppy and said it was one table one bill! He eventually relented. However 1 couple who's bill came to €39, Craig charged them €139, when challenged he said it was a "mistake". He was not pleasant to deal with all evening, however Elena was a delight, but Craig was determined to take over the table.
I'm giving 2 stars for the meal and Craig's attitude, that said the rest of the staff were excellent, the pub itself fabulous, just desperately let down by our dining experience

This bar was close to our hotel so called in for a drink. Great selection of beers and staff helpful when choosing. Ordered a bar snack when we were there which arrived promptly (and the bar was quite busy with lots of other customers ordering and eating).
