From the moment you enter you get good vibes. No nonsense interior. It is a bit noisy but we enjoyed it very much. The food is fresh and tasty. Good value for your money. The Bibgourment menu is recommended. The service is great.

A solid restaurant in Bruges. Nothing outstanding but friendly and good. Not very romantic as tables are close from each other. English menu and English speaking staff. 84 euros for 2.

This is a lovely, lively local restaurant, and did not feel touristy at all. It was very full and quite noisy, but not so bad that you could not have a conversation. We had delicious bread with a choice of butter or olive oil. Our starter was a superb piece of exquisitely cooked sea bream in a spring vegetable broth... More

Here is a higher-end restaurant that clearly holds itself in high regard - though in our case, this didn't apply to customers, despite what reviews on this site have indicated. We were recommended by our hotel receptionist to go along and try food cooked in their specialist Mibrasa barbecue oven. While the Waygu burgers were perfectly acceptable, though not outstanding,... It's a nice and small restaurant with nice food. Not very luxurious. The food is fine. The restaurant is noisy which is a bit of a problem if you want to have a conversation during the dinner

The burrata and raviolis appetizers were delicious. As a main course we had the porc, the lamb, beef and fish and everything was excelent. Great service too!

I'm always a fan of places that locals also frequent and Kok Au Vin is no exception. It was also recommended by our Airbnb host so together with the glowing TripAdvisor reviews it was a must visit even before we went. We had the 3 course set menu (Bib Gourmand) for €37 each and it was well worth it. The... More

Including beer and tax, the 3-course set menu will be around €55 for 2. If your appetite is good, you can choose the 4-courses set menu with extra appetizer. This small restaurant offers limited menu but the taste is good. The website has booking services for weekdays. I book over the phone in the afternoon for dinner.

We visited Kok au Vin after reading a newspaper review and were not disappointed. We were lucky to get a table as the place was full of locals which is always a good sign. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the food was really stunning. An easy 10 minute walk from the main square. Well worth a visit.
