The food is good, great selection of drinks and even some good gins. It had a really nice feel and the waitress/owner was really welcoming. Also loved the decor.

...but a bit pricey! We both had the set menu with cheese croquettes, Belgian stew and coffee. The food really was delicious and the wine very good too. The hospitality was first rate and the service good, although it's a very busy (despite being small) restaurant and just a husband and wife team. Our bill came to over €100, so... More

If you decide to eat dinner here, make reservations. We lucked out by having our hotel clerk call. He said he usually calls and they say sold out. So, it was a Thurs night in April. The towns' people had been telling us that it was slow, because of the bombings. So, we lucked out, and were able to eat... More

Had a fantastic meal on Friday. Great atmosphere and the best food. The stew was superb. Great value family restaurant would recommend to anyone visiting Bruges. Very near to the windmills.

This small restaurant is known for local Flemish cooking; the bad news is that it is a pretty heavy cuisine, with the suggested meal the night we were there consisting of cheese croquettes and a kind of glutinous stew accompanied by lots of french fries. There were other menu choices of course, and the food was well prepared and presented,... More

We stumbled upon this unpretentious, cozy little restaurant when we were riding our bicycles through Bruges. It was a rainy, grey, bone-chilling day, and we felt revived just walking in the door. We were pleasantly greeted and offered a small table for two. The lunch menu was relatively short and offered many classic Belgique dishes. The soup du jour smelled... More

This is such a lovely restaurant . It is locally run and the food was excellent. It is small and you really need to book. Only 10minutes walk from the main square but in a characterful area. Really recommend it.

All I can say is get the mushroom toast. This was probably the highest quality meal we had in Bruges. Small and off the beaten path restaurant with a very cozy atmosphere.
