The food was outstanding. We had mussels and fish and chips. Fresh crispy melting-in your-mouth cod, homemade chips, fat juicy mussels. Reasonably priced. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We are very picky eaters. This meal was great.

Excellent food, very helpful, friendly attentive staff. Great Belgium menu, central location and good atmosphere. My partner left her glasses at the restaurant and the restaurant staff posted them to us.

We selected the restaurant following other good reviews - we like smaller and traditional restaurants and this delivered in this respect. Good food and service. No complaints - we really enjoyed our meals and will certainly go again

We had a pleasant mid-week meal here, the highlight being the wonderful fresh crunchy frites! Service was very very slow, even on a Tuesday night the restaurant was full- we saw at least 10 couples turned away at the door, so don’t forget to book!...More

It's a three minute walk from the main square. Head north from Markt on Geernaartstraat, turn left onto Geldmuntstraatand and turn right onto Sint-Jakobsstraat.
