Thankfully we managed to secure a table on a busy Monday evening. This place serves delicious calamari, the rice that comes with the main course is to die for, nice hummus platter. Nicely done lamb chops. Kids enjoyed their dinner and it was kids friendly...as well. Located just close by to the Belford, being in such a touristy spot, their price point is slightly above average but for the quality and tastiness of food, it was worth it. Food was gobbled up before we could remember to take pics!! Til next time!More

Perfect for take away and healthy choices! The pita with chicken kebab was delicious 🤤! I tried also the salad with vegetables and couscous, and I highly recommend it!

The food is excellent, very fresh l’iCal produce - taste great. The portions are very generous size. The service is great too, friendly and polite, speak good English. It was very full on Saturday night so I think reservation is advised.

The personnel is really friendly and helpful to give information about the city. Most of the dishes are prepared with local products of the Greek island Mitilini! I totally recommend this family business and their great food.

Once we entered the restaurant the waiter asked if we had a reservation. We said no, and the restaurant was almost empty. The waiter gave us a feeling that he gave us a huge favor to give us a table. During our diner we noticed...he repeated this behavior with each new guests. So it is a kind of act to pretend he is doing something special, which was not the case. Nobody entered with a reservation and when we left, still 8 tables were not used. Also the service during our diner was not good. no smile, no friendliness, not asking if we like the food, etc. The food was good. The menu was good. The ambiance was fine but not special. So for food quality we recommend the restaurant, but when you go out for diner you would like to experience a good service as well, and that is not the case.More

Was one of the few places open on a Monday but not the only reason to visit. Really enjoyed the food from the meze to the orange cake desert via the roasted veg and moussaka.

At a quick glance I can now see that the host/manager at this venue has a reputation for making a point to guests about how important it is to book a table here ahead of time.. We were more or less told off for not...having done this when we arrived, despite this restaurant being off a very touristic city square that I imagine would create a lot of drop-in service for them, and despite the restaurant being almost empty when we arrived, and failing to fill to capacity for the duration of our meal. We were then given an evening of shirty, unwelcoming service to make sure the inconvenience that we had supposidly created was fully felt. I have never felt so awful about eating in a restaurant, and never been made to feel so unwelcome. By the end the end of the meal our party were so deflated that we more or less ran out the door - and such a shame, because the food was good. In any other circumstance we would have loved dessert and more drinks. Im sure a self-dignified defence from the manager will follow this post, but there is no excuse for how rubbish you made us all feel.More

We visited on Valentine’s Day in the evening after recommendation from Kobus at Bavet, who managed to get us a table last minute!! What a fabulous place! Fantastic food and service, I had the half litre carafe of house white, what a lovely wine and...my partner had a few beers with his meal. My partner had the Lamb cutlets and I had the lamb fillet in a sauce. Would definitely return and highly recommend this restaurantMore

Sorry for the late reply. The staff are very helpful so I do hope they can (or already have) accommodated your group. I didn’t think it was particularly expensive - reasonably priced.
