Nice service, OK food, reasonably priced. A safe choice when you like a meal. It was nice to sit outside and watch the street life. Clean and tidy toilets upstairs.

Wednesday evening and we are informed by the barman in our hotel that a lot of restaurants are closed in Bruges. The hotel receptionist recommended two restaurants that she thought would be open. One of her recommendations was closed and we only came across the other the following day. We wandered round and as time was getting on we found... More

We have visited this restaurant a few times now and the owner Alfred is very pleasant and so are the rest of the staff. The food is very good too and a very pleasant location to eat. Very cosy restaurant and a good atmosphere and they serve Grimbergen beer which is always good. Will be going back later in the... More

This is near our hotel -- Hotel Cavalier. We had the 17€ fixed price menu. It was a very good value compared to the rest of the meals we had in Bruges. It is located on a small square with several other eateries. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Dining and people watching. The area seemed to be frequented by the... More

We discovered this restaurant on our first night of a three night break and came back each of the other two nights. The €17 menu of the day is excellent value and very authentic. The restaurant appears tiny, but there is another bigger room upstairs. The staff are very pleasant and don't rush you, and their English is excellent. Definitely... More

2 cheeseballs for 12,50 euro is extremely expensive. But honestly, so are nearly all restaurants in the old town of Bruges. After having walked around for nearly an hour on a Saturdaynight to find any available seats in any restaurant, we finally found a table here. The food was good, but overpriced. Housewine for 5 euro.. just another example. It... More

If you do choose to eat here because of its proximity to the main square and shops, I suggest the cheap €17 menu deal as the a la carte menu is overpriced for the quality of the ingredients. The meat was OK but the soup, sauces, chutney etc were rather like budget supermarket offerings

I visited this cosy restaurant last weekend. It's located centrally on a tiny quiet square just behind the main Markt Square. The staff were welcoming and friendly and had no problem giving my elderly mum a small dinner on request. The menu was traditionally Belgian, and the food was delicious.

We found this little restaurant when we walked off of the main square and were delighted ! Used it all three nights of our stay in Bruges. Friendly staff, intimate atmosphere, used by locals which is always a good sign. A 3 course meal for under €20 and very tasty. Good choice of beer and wine. Felt 'at home' and... More

Description
Welcome to our restaurant in the heart of the World Heritage city Bruges. The new young owner, chief cook Afrim will be happy to welcome you. We serve traditional Belgian cuisine. In a historic building, you can enjoy our tasty dishes. Light starter such as 'Ham & Melon " to sweet dessert like 'Creme Brulee', everything to the last detail . In our cozy restaurant you can eat a la cart. We also offer a wine list with fine wines and famous Belgian beers such as 'Bruges Tripel', 'Grimbergen' and 'Kriek' - very well known to the ladies as cherry beer. During the summer months you can also take advantage of our cozy and sunny terrace. Nice outside to enjoy our local dishes such as ' Rabbit Flemish style ' and ' Flemish beefstew with fries. We are open every day from 10:00 to 22:00.
